  1. I have never called. I was hoping someone in the community would have the answer. Heck, I even just updated my motherboard's Windows 10 bluetooth drivers (they were slightly out of date), and that didn't work either. My Windows 10 machine doesn't even see the speakers, whether they are in pairing mode (fast blinking), or slow blinking or solid.
  2. I have a subwoofer hooked up to my pair of R-15PMs in my office. I feel like I have to raise the subwoofer level via SUB+ on my remote, every time I turn on the speakers. Shouldn't this level be persistent? And how can I know where the level is at via the LEDs on the speakers?
  3. IAZ, did you ever figure this out? I'm having the same issue and posted something here today.
  4. I am having a hard time pairing my R-15PMs to Windows 10. I can pair to my Mac, my iPhone, and my Galaxy Tab S2 tablet without any issues. I repeat, I have no issues pairing with other devices, so I know how to set the speakers into pairing mode. Has anyone else had issues with Windows 10 and Bluetooth?
  5. Aaaaah, you have to change the Phono/Line switch on the turntable... I had mine set to Line with my previous setup. Switch to Phono on both the turntable and the Klipsch and it sounds great... lacks a little bass though.
  6. I have the same issue, but worse! I just got a pair of these R-15PM speakers and hooked it up to my Audio Technica LP120 turntable... both speakers sound like they are full of static and crackle - not able to make out anything... the speakers work just great via Bluetooth. I tried both Phono and Line on the selector, as well.
