  1. Selling my Primaluna Premium DiaLogue Integrated Amplifier with a top-tier tube selection. The integrated is in like-new condition and comes fully equipped with the factory accessories and packaging. It was purchased from Upscale Audio in 2018 alongside 4 x cryogenically treated Tung Sol KT-150, 6 x cryogenically treated Tung Sol KT-120, and 6 x cryogenically treated mallard 12AU7 tubes. The KT-150, and Mullard 12AU7 tubes have ~100 hours, and the KT-120 and stock Primaluna El34 and 12AU7 tubes are brand new. This integrated punches well above its class; Primaluna always blows me away with their build quality, attention to detail, and sound signature. https://www.primaluna-usa.com/dialogue-premium-integrated Below is the price breakdown from upscale: 4 x Tung-Sol KT150 ($415.80) 5 x Tung-Sol KT120 ($289.75) 6 x Mullard 12AU7 ($257.70) Dialogue Integrated ($3400) Total: $4363 I am asking 3,200 Shipped. It will be fully insured, and tubes will be packaged in a separate box for safety. Eye Candy: https://imgur.com/a/Brh3z0X
  2. I had the dialogue premium in my system. Best pre-amp I have ever owned. I second their packaging, never seen anything quite like it.
  3. Link to more picture since the forum cannot support more than 2MB. https://imgur.com/a/4jssrL5
  4. For your consideration: A pair of Tekton Design Pendragon PMD Monitor in a Ferrari Grigio Titanio finish. To be clear, these are NOT the 2,000 pendragons, they share a similar driver arrangement, hence the pendragon lineage tag (poor marketing choice in my opinion). I have included a link to the actual speakers from Tekton’s website: https://www.tektondesign.com/pmd-pendragon-monitor.html History: I purchased these speakers from the original owner who has owned just about every single speaker Eric of Tekton Design, has ever put out. They are in immaculate condition with no observable blemishes or defects. Reason for Sale: I have gravitated away from high-end audio and into other hobbies in the last year or so, and I have been gradually letting go of my gear – the speakers are the only large piece I have left. An unexpected move in the near future has expedited this process, hence this ad. Asking price: The Pendragon PMD Monitor runs 20,000 delivered from Eric. I am moving in two weeks and would like to move the speakers before then. My asking price is $5,000, price Is negotiable within reason. Logistics: I am located in Texas, 77840. I would highly prefer a local sale, but I do have the shipping boxes and am willing to work out the logistics of an out-of-state sale with an interested buyer. Trades: My plan is not to get out the hobby completely, just downsize to an integrated and something smaller. Therefore, I will consider some partial trades for good gear. I would also consider trades related to motorcycles. Subjective Impressions: To provide some background into what my system consisted of: these were connected to a Mark Levinson no.336, a Primaluna Dialogue pre-amp with tung-sol tubes, and a PS audio directstream dac. My most recent speakers include focal sopra No.2 and Harbeth SHL5+. With respect to these speakers, I would describe the tektons as effortlessly powerful, dynamic, and somewhere in between the harbeths and the focal sopras in terms of warmth. I enjoyed them immensely.
  5. Thanks to everyone for your encouraging comments. I have just dropped the price 200 dollars.
  6. For your consideration: A newly restored pair of Klipsch Cornwall II’s. This pair was originally manufactured in a raw birch finish. Before doing any of the veneer work, I removed the trim pieces and re-finished the front and rear in a rust-oleum oil-based primer and satin black. The trim pieces were then replaced with solid walnut. The cabinets were surfaced with a beautifully figured “leopard walnut” veneer acquired from Joe at VeneerSupplies.com. This is a real wood veneer, not the cheap composite wood veneer used in similar offerings. Three coats of Waterlox finish were applied; For those of you not familiar with waterlox, it is a phenolic-resin modified tung-oil. It is my favorite finish as the tung-oil provides the best penetrating and drying qualities available while the resin allows the coatings to form a very strong film with an attractive sheen. Risers, were constructed in a similar fashion, as seen in the newest Cornwall III’s. The B2 crossovers were recapped with Dayton audio precision audio caps. The tweeters were upgraded with new titanium dome offerings by Bob Crites. The squawkers are K-57-K, and the woofers are K-34E. Resistance measurements are as you should expect from all of the drivers. The side walls have been lined with an open cell acoustic foam. The original grills are included, and they are in fair condition. I constructed an additional set in a sand-colored acoustically-transparent cloth as they were a better match for my room; both sets will be included. I made a custom Klipsch logo as well. The labels containing the serial numbers were in poor condition, and ugly in my opinion, so those have been replaced but the serial numbers have been conserved: 8634630, 8634631. My reason for selling: As you can see, they are too large for my room, and my better half hates that they are so large. But most of all, this is a labor of love for me, and I enjoyed putting in the countless hours of work. I am located in College Station, TX. I would highly prefer local pick-up due to their size. My asking price is 2,200, 2,000 1800 which is a steal compared to other offerings in the 3,500 to 4,500 range. I have attempted to make this ad comprehensive but if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me. Here is the photo album: https://imgur.com/a/QaYi5r8
  7. Likely traveling to Austin later today if anyone is in that area and was on the fence about driving to pick them up. Big maybe for Katy, Tx on Sunday.
  8. All parts are stock. I thought about adding them but it would cost me the same amount it would cost anyone else to do it, so I prefer to leave that option to the buyer.
  9. Okay, let's try to give these away. Price drop to 500 USD! This is a steal for heresy IIs in this condition.
  10. updated to include delivery to Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio at my full asking price.
  11. PM me if you're interested. I always enjoy taking projects related to audio.
  12. Thank you, I built the plinth myself, parts are from a pro ject
  13. For your consideration, a newly restored pair of Klipsch Heresy II’s. These were originally in an oiled walnut finish. I sanded them down, and re-finished them with three coats of waterlox. For those of you not familiar with waterlox, it is a phenolic-resin modified tung-oil. It is my favorite finish as the tung-oil provides the best penetrating and drying qualities available while the resin allows the coatings to form a strong film with an attractive sheen. I have inspected and photographed all of the drivers, they are all in excellent condition. The tweeters are K-76-K, the squawkers are K-53-K, and the woofers are K-24-K. The crossover is stock; I don’t see any faulty capacitors. I have taken plenty of photos; more than I can attach here so I am including an Imgur link containing additional eye-candy. The speakers are located in College Station, TX- shipping is available but obviously I prefer local pick-up and any costs would be the buyer’s responsibility. I am willing to pack these myself as I know FedEx and USPS like to charge an arm and a leg for the service. Additionally, I am willing to meet halfway between CSTAT and the surrounding cities (Houston, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio) for the right offer. I encourage you to browse through the photos and make your own judgment; I think they are beautiful. Asking price is 700 600 500. Reasonable offers are welcome. https://imgur.com/a/9nf3LNT
  14. This is tempting. If everything is stock I would imagine some drivers may need some TLC as well.
