I'd love the KHorns to add to my LS's but $3000 is high for original condition KH's. $2200-2300 seems to be the magic number for a good deal. For me its been a matter of timing. I always seem to be late to the party when a pair in that range comes along, but now that I have my La Scala's to play with, I can hold out for the right deal on the KHorns.

Just in case anyone ever wondered what 4 LS's looked like in the back of a uhaul...

I'm driving from Pittsburgh to NC tomorrow to pick up these lovely ladies. They look a little rough around the edges but its not often one finds four La Scala's with consecutive serial numbers. I'm assured they sound "as intended" and are all original which is promising (although I doubt I'll be able to resist the temptation to upgrade them.) I'm hoping it'll be worth the 15 hours on the road. I didn't hold out and made an immediate offer for full price and still lost!. I'm destined to never own a pair of La Scala's or Khorns : -(
