  1. Chillin yet cranked! 😎 Alan Parsons Project from 1977 and how sweet it is... Their 2nd studio album and such a great listen! Shhhh, I'm thunkin again... Bajingo! This will work. Maybe. :) Play nice!
  2. Just box 'em up and lemme know. Prolly more than fity dolla to buy though right? I got dibs! That's EXACTLY why I didn't go downstairs that day! I''d have been sending you $$$. That back massage was unreal though!
  3. Yup, movin right along and grinnin. Roger Waters... Yea, DARN good and yup he did it ALL on 21 July 1990. A Saturday night in Berlin. One show and I sooo wish I could have been there. This lp is fantastic! You won't see me posting inner covers or rear covers normally. Just show me the $$$... THIS lp is different. Take a look and tell me you won't buy it. Man-O-Man WHAT a line-up! They'll all take ya there too. Ahhmazing! ❤️ 😎 @MicroMara don't EVEN tell me you were there either! 😂
  4. Mmmm, the only thing I'm going to say about the Yes lp is look at the song list somewhere before you jump. Sure it's clean and sounds great but, maybe it's just me, it's not fulfilling. Yup, I'm old though.
  5. Many were naysayers but Jimi believed it could be done and it was. It wasn't easy either but mission accomplished.
  6. The squealors are puttin it on Cincy..
  7. ^^^^^ First 24-track recording right there.
  8. Yup, still alive by the grace of God! See that evidence on the bottom of the mid horn? Grrrrr...
  9. 😂 Nooooo, they're not in line they're just collecting dust. Long story with the evil cat. Pawed the front grill covers so I took them off. Cat then decided to paw the bottom of the mid-horn instead and when she fell down went thru the bass speaker. Saw where Fido had a pair of Crites bottoms he didn't use and picked those up. Pulled both the old ones and put in the Crites. NOT going on the floor again so they're up there to keep them safe. Also have an old pair of KG-4's on the floor w/plastic bags on them she hasn't touched. No room to put them down just yet and don't want to push my luck! 😂
  10. Nah, they're sitting up there collecting dust. Someday this week maybe. Youngest is flying in from Phoenix Thursday and will be eyeballing this place I'm sure. Might even sweep the floors and dust a bit. 😂
  11. Yea, it's cool but there's nothing ON that side... Don't know about the others. That's funny though it's marked side 7, flip it and side 8 is pressed. Just kinda strange. $70 for 7 sides? Guess that's about right huh? 😂
  12. Heresy speakers replaced and planted on top of my LS since the evil cat was watching me the entire time! So I pop in and laff getting caught up in here. Sounds like someone had too much sleep last nite! THEN MicroMara throws out some "Yes." Happened to remember I just got the 50th Anniversary "Live" tour box of 4 lp's. THEN I had to remember where it was. Piles everywhere so have to get that shelf up this week. Sounds great and they pulled off a lil trick on the lp's. Should be a great listen! Crafty right? Down side is now there are only 7 of 8 sides to play? Guess they don't have enough music to put on another side. hahaha! It does have a coolness factor though. Cya when I see ya! Sounds great so far though. Do miss those that have passed though!
  13. Just sooooo much ❤️... I'm kinda thinking @grasshopper asked his wife about your problemo @Tarheel. He's just like the rest of us kids playing with a loaded gun on these things. 😂 Ohio weather watch: Turnpike is closed to all semi's and anything pulling trailers due to 50 mph winds with gusts. Just poured for 30 minutes and now those winds are hammering my piles of leaves here in the Sherwood Forest. Gonna be an interesting watch for today. Time to fire up the coffee me thinks! Then what? Yup, gonna kick out the jams! 😂
  14. Mannheim Steamroller works but I can only swallow so much of that too! 😂 Here we gooooo!!! Why? Cause everyone else is! Sick? Yuuuuuup! hahahaha Then ya get that credit card statement and groan!
  15. Bah Humbug! Just give 'em $$$ and be done with it! Today's society! 😂
  16. @Ceptorman you could be right on that one. I really haven't even looked at the schedule this year but that sounds right now that I think about it. If so, I'm glad it is cause it's gonna be a battle! Sitting back watching blue swallow again but it's almost half-time. Harb's is gone and Frankllin @ Penn State? What's with that?
  17. You all own restaurants too? I've got a box of Minute Rice sitting here I've had for 2 years. 😂
  18. Hmmm, Saturday night in here... Hmmmm. Watching a lil Wisconsin football this evening and puttin. Picked up a pair of bass speakers for my 81 Heresy's from @Fido so tinkerin around putting them in. Great guy and a smooth sale. Packed well and arrived in great condition so now it's on me. Buddy stopped by to kill time and saw me on a mission. Told him the story about the cat falling thru the one and showed him. Couldn't believe I was replacing the speakers. At times I think there's just no hope for him. hahaha Ok, both speakers sitting on the table, one of which is face down on a blanket. The cat jumped on the table and walked over to the other one and started eyeballing it so I knocked her off the table. As I'm changing out the torn one I look down and yup now the cat is laying on a chair watching me. Anyone want a cat?
  19. OSU/Maryland scrubbed because of covid so it's on to next week's game w/IU in the land of Hoosier's! @DizRotus Come on man defend your turf! IU's not a slouch and we know they're going to be gunnin for us. Could use a lil help brother! lol @JohnJ Idle this week? Guess you could use a break after all of those tough teams you've beaten down. lol
  20. Hahaha. Funny! I have NO idea what it is. All I know is I was asked if I could slip to the print shop and pick up the silk screened posters for the show since I wasn't doing anything. lol I did that and dropped them off at the Fillmore. Promoters would only do runs of 50 or so of the posters. They put them out at their own discretion to announce the shows locally coinciding w/radio spots etc. Simple advertising is all it was. You ran out ya got more made. Ya get some downtime there's ALWAYS someone who wants something. Yes, it's the real deal and it was awful tough getting it back to my house in Ohio w/o messing it up. Nope, nfs it's going up here when I start driving nails for stuff. Even w/my alarm system there are things I'm not putting up. Kick in the doors and grab some stuff and I'm out thousands before the cops can even get here. Jimi's birthday is coming up in a couple weeks. Thinking he would be 78 this year. I spend that day listening to everything I have of his. Bittersweet to say the least. Gone too soon like so many others. I have my own thoughts on that though. @MicroMara Nils? Give him a beer and a couple mini tramps to flip off of. He won't spill a drop! Dance with me?

    Jokes?

    Just in time for Christmas!
  22. @baron167 My brother from another mother! One I snagged out of the package, which was still wet when I pulled it from under the one on top, hence the spot in the left top corner. 1st screen run announcing the show @ the Fillmore. MINE! Yes, I'm THAT old!
  23. Had a local guy here I'd known forever. He was the local Pepsi route man his entire life. He knew my back story and that I was into albums and collected and wanted to buy my collection. I totally laffed at him and told him to start collecting albums and someday he'd be a rich man. I was a kid when I told him that. One day about 10 years ago I bumped into him @ a Little League baseball game and he asked if I still had my albums. I jokingly asked how his album collection was coming. He said he had a pole barn full. He parked his Pepsi truck in a building out behind his house and that's where they were he said. He sold his truck when he retired and I actually thought he was kidding until he passed a few years ago. His daughter had an auction on most of the household goods and the auctioneer announced there would be an LP record auction in several weeks in the newspaper ad. What? Jake you dog you actually had a barn full of albums? The auction ran for DAYS! I know the auctioneer so I'm gonna give him a call and see if I can get a copy of the sale bill. People from all over the US showed up and bought. I went early and couldn't believe it. I thought I was in a pressing plant. Shelves, boxes, pallets full of boxes. He had stuff I couldn't even begin to believe he had. Amazing auction and I didn't buy a thing. I couldn't. Just shook my head. Don't know what the total was but heard it was close to $150k. He bought dollar boxes of albums at auctions around here for years they said. Here's the clincher. He didn't ever own a stereo! Zero to play them on! Insane!
  24. @JohnJ Steve Lukather plays lead also. Larry is a lot more reserved and is a great friend/mentor of Steve's.
