  1. I have a pair of Klipschorns for sale (the guy who I bought them from used to work at Klipsch, so one is actually a clone built using the same horns). They sound awesome, since I restored them with Crites crossovers. However, cosmetically these speakers would have a tough time passing the Partner Approval Factor. I no longer live in the US, and am only in the Bay Area for two weeks, but unfortunately have to sell them as my parents are selling their house and we no longer have anywhere to put these. I'm looking for $800 OBO, would really like to find a nice home for them, and hopefully an adventurous soul will restore these cosmetically.

  2. Hey all, a newbie here who might have bitten off more than he can chew. I’ve been in contact with a retired electrical engineer who is selling a 1956 Klipschorn and a Klipschorn clone that he built himself using the same components. Both have been in his garage for who knows how long. I’ve currently taken the mid range horns home (his garage was too cluttered to get the bass bins out). He’s dropping the bass bins at my place on Saturday. Is anyone interested in restoring these? I don’t think I have the know how to restore these. So far I deposited $500 and the understanding is I’m buying them for $1000. Will upload pics in a bit. I live in downtown LA and Ye seller is in San Diego area. Alternatively if someone knows of someone in the SoCal area with restoration experience who can offer help that'd be great.
