I own pair of those for more than a year now, with the same symptoms. The only response I ever received from Klipsch was "if you don't like that, feel free to ship them back".

Purchased Klipsch R-15PM active speakers a week ago from Amazon. There's a hiss coming out the right tweeter when the speaker is turned on. What I tried until now: Removed all inputs and wires to left speaker, only connected to power. Still hissing Put volume on minimum/maximum. Hissing doesn't change Connected to APC UPS Connected speaker to an outlet in another room, away from any electronics. Switched all input channels. Hissing doesn't change Completely turning off my router Exactly same hiss comes also from left tweeter, but since it's not standalone, I test the right one. Topics I checked until now: Any suggestions before I return them back, dear community?
