  1. Bump, I previously sold one set, this set still available.
  2. Bump. ONLY SET 2 is available, set 1 sold. Thanks for looking, let me know if you have any questions.
  3. Just old school paranoia about sharing numbers I guess. Here they are: 22T287 & 288 19T244 & 245
  4. I am the second owner of a pair of very nice Cornwall speakers (1979 manufacture), which were used as the fronts in my former home theater, one as a rear surround (I needed somewhere to put it!) with some Heresys. I moved to a new house, which lacks the space for a home theater, and thus any space for the Cornwalls. So, here they are: C-BR, 19Txxx (consecutive serial numbers) The one that I used as the center channel in my system has the Crites CT125 tweeter, new capacitors and gasket. I still have the original tweeter, which is included. The other speaker in this pair has no changes, but hasn't been used for anything other than rear surround duty. They are not perfect cosmetically, but they are are in very nice shape, as you can tell from the pics. I am asking $900. Speakers are currently resting in their original boxes!. Local pickup here in Las Vegas preferred, but if buyer can arrange for shipping I may be able to get them to a shipper (negotiable). The pictures were taken just before I boxed them up.
  5. I am considering purchasing a set of CW IIs. However, one of them has the damage shown in the picture. Is this a difficult or costly fix? (If it is not clear from the picture, the speaker wire is attached to the post by a banana clip. Thanks, Noel
  6. 121W192 is stamped on the back, along the top facing edge. It didnt fit any of the s/n formats I've seen.
  7. Nice drawing, looks like my room. So assuming I could set it up this way, you would suggest Chorus as the biggest I could make work?
  8. Things are currently positioned as follows: On the east wall (12 feet long) is the projection screen. on that same wall are: a sub in the left corner one bookshlef main on a stand to the right of that, the center, another main and then 3 feet to the wall. If you are in the viewing position the door is on the right hand side, with the hinge at the corner, swinging into the room. The seating is about 12 feet back, with the surrounds behind the sofa, and the projector on a shelf behind the sofa. Total of 15 feet wide. 9 ft. ceilings. I will definitely be running a sub (an SVS Plus2 or Ultra). I have a five channel Parasound 85 watt amp, and an HK AVR230 receiver. Thanks for all the info so far everyone...
  9. All right, how about 6 Heresy's in my 12x15 room? Would they give me the dynamics I enjoy from my kg4s, but more of it?I would like some opinions on what would be the most speaker I could fit in my space, assuming that Cornwalls would be overkill.
  10. Michael is correct. The door takes away about 3 ft of usable space, and the opposite corner is probably reserved for the sub. If the Cornwalls are too big, what is the next best? Chorus, Heresy, Forte, more kg4s, RF3, RF7?
  11. I am more than willing to take suggestions as to what is the "most Klipsch" that is logical to fit in my HT room, which I was lucky to get, believe me. I have kg4s (have had them for 15 years) and they used to be my mains, but I'm thinking I could go a step or two bigger? I have been researching, and Im open for Heritage, Ref, anything really. Just want those Klipsch dynamics!
  12. The only place I can put the screen and front speakers is along the 12 foot wall. And, because the door opens onto the wall with the screen, that limits the space as well. Unfortuanely, the ideal wall for the screen has a big window in it.
  13. I have a 12x15x9 HT. I would love to cram 3 Cornwalls in to create my front soundstage, under my screen. In doing so, they would be right next to each other, maybe an inch between them. Overkill? Probably. But is it a bad idea "sonically" to have them that close together? And only be sitting 11 feet away?
  14. Steeler Fan...Would KLF 10's work? Other suggestions? Jeff...Luckily I wasnt into high end stuff, so I wont take that big of a hit, but I know what you mean...
