  1. forgot to mention that the price includes shipping
  2. Yes for a pair, in original packing. I live in california. 93619
  3. Yes, this is for the pair. In original packing
  4. Bought these for a large horn project and decided to go another direction. These will work in all the larger Klipsch horn designs, Incredibly well built , and made to put out dramatic amounts of low freq. These are brand new and cost me over 450 new. Absolutely massive magnet structures! As you can see, they have never been used. Shipped in boxes from parts express. 335.00. thanks, Jon
  5. Like new, just bought these until my ALK crossovers were built. They actually sound great, every bit as good as the original cornwall crossovers. 150 shipped. Thanks
  6. I knew I could count on you guys! Great info!! I had heard great feedback on the passive radiator model, but can't seem to find much on the sealed cabinet design? I would imagine it was a bit bass light? Probably 60 65 hz.? Thanks guys, Jon
  7. Yep! your right! That is what it is. No passive. Thanks for the help. Regards,,Jon
  8. Hi, This is a strange question but does anyone know why some of the KG-2 speakers come with round tweeters, and some are square? I cannot seem to find any info on this? I am asking because I have a mint pair Im looking at and the tweeter horn is square? Almost all pics I see are round? Although there seems to be pics of both? Weird that they would have used 2 different ones? Thanks, Jon
  9. Its all one box, I just made it to look like it is a dual box. Speaker dimensions are calculated to size of the cornscala, same volume, just different dimensions. Just makes the speaker taller and a bit slimmer. It is much more pleasing to look at now as opposed to a cornscala or cornwall. Regards, Jon
  10. I made a mistake, it is the 85. I was thinking about the 75 because it has wider freq range but decided on the 85. It was a good choice, sound magnificent with the ALK Crossovers. Regards,,jon
  11. You can actually buy the horn kit, it comes in a bunch of pieces. You have to glue it together, and then the fun starts. Sanding and finishing is very hard work, and takes a long time to get right. I have never seen one done the way I did it? Here is a pic of the innards. This is the finest version of this speaker that you will ever see. Never seen one built better? Regards,,jon
  12. Go to the crites site, and look the cornscala. All the info is on there. There are various drivers that will work with this crossover, but they would most likely work best in a cornwall, or what i built. Cornscala. Regards,,jon
  13. Thanks, a lot of work. The sound magnificent!
  14. Hi, used these for my cornscala speakers while my ALK's were being built. They work great and sound pretty dam good. Just don't need them anymore. $160.00 shipped.
  15. Bought this amp about 2 months ago, and love it!! I absolutely love the sound of this amp, I just feel that I need a bit more power with the speakers I am using it with. I just bought the X7 which is a KT-88 amp. The build quality is truly second to none! Best paint job on any amplifier I have ever owned. Any anomalies in the pics are either from glare from the paint job, or the metal flake gloss finish. Like a deep blue metallic. Not a scratch, and perfect in every way!! Gorgeous sound, Point to point wired, very good parts quality. There is nothing about this amp that is not to like. I would love to keep it, but can't justify 2 amps. Easiest amp to bias that I have ever owned. You don't need a meter, just set to the correct tube, and adjust the needle to the center of bias range. Takes about 45 seconds to do them all. Holds perfectly, and I only had to adjust once. 35 watts ultrlinear, and 15 triode. You can really hear the difference between the 2. Switch is on the front. Shipping on this is almost 200, and takes about 3 weeks to get it. Site that I bought it from says a week, but its not. I will ship at my asking price. Original box, manual, and remote. Everything is in perfect condition, even the box. Comes with beautiful tube cage also! 600.00 shipped, and I live in California, 93619. Perfect amp for horns, or Klipsch,,He he! Regards,,jon
  16. lol! No problem. I live in california. 93619, I can work with you on shipping a bit. I took it to a local hi fi shop in LA. I was going to use it, but I didn't feel like buying all the other gear. I do not think I save the paper work but i did verify that all channels work perfectly with some extended listening sessions. Sounds magnificent! Regards,,Jon
  17. It was owned by my dad, and used very sparingly. He passed and gave it to me. I don't have a home theater so don't need it. Im a 2 channel guy. I had it gone through 2 years ago and it had a very clean bill of health, probably because it hardly was used? It almost looks like it it wasn't used much. I tested all the channels and it works perfectly. I have a box for it, and I am a packing expert, so getting it in one piece and in perfect condition will not be an issue. Regards,,Jon
