The Sixes Vs. R-51PM vs. passive speakers

I have the R-51pm w/sub for my home theater and personally love them. I haven't heard The Sixes, so can't comment, but the R-51pm's, IMO, begs for a sub for the full dynamic range. -
Mine does the same, but both speakers. Did you return them or get them exchanged? If exchanged, wondering if the new one makes the sound too
