  2. I have no clue! I just bid..... if I win I’ll let everyone know. But I almost hope I lose because of the uncertainty
  3. These have been on eBay and I think I’m the top bid ending tomorrow. I guess that explains if the seller is buying time with offers on CL
  4. Hello all! Thanks for all the PMs! Everyone has requested pricing so I added it to the original post. Please PM to discuss. I think it seems decently aggressive. And please keep this to the forum as I will be posting this tomorrow to the internet with higher prices. DO

https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F153793078206 to far for me. A high risk/reward for someone.
  10. Shameless Saturday morning bump incase you forgot about me.
  11. It’s funny to me. Just yesterday I was told “Chicago is a lower than average market”. I looked around though and this pair was “sold” yesterday, same pictures, in a different suburb for $400.
  12. not mine. Look sweet https://chicago.craigslist.org/chc/ele/d/west-chicago-klipsch-quartet-mint-non/7050386862.html I admit to loving quartets but... What am i missing with this pricing craziness?
  13. Ha! Those where paper bags during painting. They don’t have a ton of bass because of their design from what I’ve read
  14. For those interested I A-B’d these yesterday next to chorus iis with crites xover and ti diaphragms. Takeaways: 362s are more sensitive (they get crazy loud easy), they do not have the bass of the chorus, the midrange has a “smooth airy ness” very reminiscent of a forte iii. I wish I could keep both!
  15. Hello all! Just throwing this out: it turns out a single fits under my tv and would be an awesome center channel between my chorus iis. I know this is an odd duck! If any forum members are interested I’m sure we could come up with forum friendly pricing. I would also be interested in trade for heritage/neo heritage speakers of similar value. Recently sanded and refreshed in black. Hello! Industry version of a chorus ii but compact and front vented. See pictures and below. 17. excuse my ignorance but would below be the same size and I could just put in matching diaphragms? “Klipsch K-75-K tweeter horn. Forte II Original Working Speaker. Condition is Used. Shipped with Fedex. K75 horn tweeter pulled from Forte II, but it is used in other models as well. Outside diameter is 5 7/8” x 3 1/2”. Depth is roughly 3”. Very good cosmetic condition. No issues. Works great. Sound and resistance tested. This will be properly packaged for safe shipment. This is a vintage speaker and is being sold as-is. While I do guarantee that it will arrive in the condition described above, and will not be DOA, I cannot offer any further guarantees. Thanks for shopping and be sure to check out my other listings. I have more Forte II parts available.”
  18. Everything else is working great. Thing is I need the horn and all! I’m taking them apart and cleaning and sanding this weekend. See if any critters are living in there...
