H II's are not well regarded. At that price you'd have a lot of room for improvement though. Klipsch actually made an upgrade kit for the 2's to bring them up to the spec of III's. I think they might still have the kits on the Klipsch site? You can look it up or email their customer service.
These are my brother's. Could probably figure out how to get them closer to you.
