RSB-8 times out when paused - won't power up

I have the RSB-14 and RSB-11 and have the same issue. Does anyone from Klipsch know how to resolve? It only started after hooking up the optical out from my TV. As a lifetime Klipsch advocate I would like to know what to do with this. The soundbar is useless until it is unplugged and plugged back in which is not easy to get to in my application.
