Purchased my first Klipsch products and I’m having trouble getting the Subwoofer to kick in. I have a pair of 820f and the 120sw. AV receiver is a Denon S950H. When I run the sound test from the Denon the Subwoofer kicks in and seems to work. When I play a cd or an album I get nothing from the SW. Not positive how I shound have the controls set. It is plugged in and the led light is on behind the grill. Phase is flipped to zero, auto on switch is on, gain and low pass are in the middle where they were out of the box. I appreciate any thoughts or ideas. thanks
