I appreciate the thought , John and Dave. I don't need that much light in the doghouse. I can do my gardening outdoors... it's legal in AZ and I have a med card, just to make sure [wife thinks it gives some protection - it doesn't] and it gives me a reason to see my doctor. HeHeHe speaking of which, I'm due to renew. the card does give me a tax break at the dispensary. I have never set foot in one ... and I don't really trust anything I didn't grow. You should see the list of nasty stuff that is tested for.... mostly chems used by commercial growers. My Christmas tree didn't happen this year. With the dry summer, the tree I prune for it only grew enough to make a large wreath. It makes a good smell in the house. I put up some lights and tinsel garland and called it good. We bought a new tv for us. The "old" one will be used as a monitor for the wife's computer. Unfortunately, her AMD is making large/r necessary.

Bracing for rain here. Over an inch predicted between Thurs and Sunday. Shopping is off the schedule.

@MicroMara I take that you didn't go swimming [though I have seen some tourists in a pool with the weather in the low 60's]. We watched while wearing our coats ... 60` is cold for us desert rats. @JohnJ your den, 12 ft X 12, is about the size of my doghouse. The bass, even with the R15M's, was strong. If you take the 23 foot and set up the room as 12 X 23 .exactly the opposite. You will have fun setting up the audio.

my sister is going thru that in NC. They knocked the internet/phone/tv to her neighborhood while connecting a new sub-division. It's been out for a week or more ... intermittently

I remember Falstaff beer. Not in that type of bottle. My earliest recollection of beer bottles were long necks with a paper label and they gave you a "church key" when you bought a case. I have a Schlitz church key

I have been pleased with these LEDs. This is the 3rd year of [pretty much] continuous service

Mine are done, too. Put them up 2 years ago. Never took them down. Just strings of lights in the trees. They are on every night ... all night. The cold wet passed. A couple days of sub 60 highs. Mid 70's this coming week. I've been splitting wood .. again, still. poco poco. Work a little. Rest a lot. The knots don't make it any easier. The wood is starting to check. That helps a little.
