I might be spending some time in the doghouse tonight. there will be an estrogen overload in the house. Wife, SIL and "my other wife"/wife's secretary.... I'll record the game and speedwatch it later. My humor is wearing a little thin with the current wave of phone solicitation. For the past week, only on weekdays, I have gotten a solicitor from "Eldercare" at 5 AM. It seem [to me] that controlling robocalls would be a fairly simple thing.... except the phone companies is in business to lease lines, no matter the use. I'll stop the rant here. coffee didn't get cold this AM. I lit the stove. The cats are angling for position in front of it... w/o disturbing Stumpy, the senior and alpha. All he has to do to get them moving is to give them "the look".

there was a band last night ... late night for us . They played until midnight. Halloween ... The cops come. Close the town off ... Everyone sets up on main street. The kids trunk or treat. always a party at the bar. try to stop it. I dare you

southwest of Tucson ... about 10 miles from the border ------------------------- readied the woodstove for its first fire of the season. Mid 40's is OK in the AM. It been around 85` in the afternoon. "Passive" solar warms the house and we close it up when temp out is cooler than in.

boy used to think he was immune to hot peppers, until ....

boy gave me a good laugh ... Yesterday, someone gave him a Carolina Reaper ... and he ate it. it afflicted his stomach and today, he is wishing for a fudgesickle.... said it burned as much coming as going his machismo.... HaHaHa coincidentally ... on PBS, yesterday, they had a show on peppers. According to them, one Reaper is the same as 300 jalapenos.

I begged off the Alice Cooper ... woulda been a good event to people watch...I don't want to go places where I blend in...lol I remember seeing David Bowie.... I hung out with the cops. They were the most normal people there...

well ... weather is too much of a good thing. Still high 90's and 100`... Vincent [Alice Cooper] is coming to Tucson. A friend's sister gave him tickets...Outdoors.Starts at 8PM. Kinda late for me.... dark thirty and I'm eyeballin' the bed. i needed a good laugh. This works on me every time.

I could go off on a rant ... but ...in my quest to avoid the news, I stumbled across "drift racing". What is the object? ...besides not hitting the other car and doing a burn out around a track.

I can almost understand those wiring diagrams....The symbols are not unfamiliar, anyway ... ---------------------- in the local news The Mercantile [store] will have a 2nd porta-potty for the duration of the hunting season for some reason, I found that rather amusing

today didn't go as I had envisioned .... I/we made a 2nd trip to Sasabe and a run to Tucson. Our gal is staying at a friend's in town ... a big worry off us. that pretty much shot the day I've had my cocktail and get to settle in.

our weather is almost normal.... 45` - 50` AM... 80` - 85` afternoon. Still dry... that is normal for time of year. my other wife is home. She's gonna have to suffer my cooking until she can do it for herself. She can get around a little. I don't know how much use she has of her arm ... and I suppose it is her dominate side....knives and that kind of stuff might get dicey.... pun intended. We're delivering food today. Spaghetti and home-made bread. That will keep her for a day or two.

chugging good liquor is a waste. .... like mixing sipping whiskey with coke...

sounds the same ... but ... when I cut the grass, I save the clippings........ wink wink

summer is for mowing the lawn... ... fall is when you cut the grass
