These noise killers, suppressor are not really needed if you have the right speakers or speaker cable. ie: combination of Oracle MIT speaker cable + Avantgarde (any) will not produce any harshness on the high end frequency that experience in some K speakers.

KP 250 is way more dynamics and better with vocal than KG5.5, (which lacks the midrange image) even though some speakers look better on specs, actual listening will determine the real clarity and details. if one can get it for $600 a pair, I'd say go get it with no regret. KP 250 sounds awesome with all type of music not just only Jazz like some Klipsch.

That is a nice cabinet. Could somebody please post details about other parts needed and where to get them so that this could be come a "Build La scala for dummies" thread. This will not affect the sale of Klipsch in general because not may people have the time nor effort to build their own speaker. Plus D.IY. speaker usually has no resale value.
