Emailed Australian Klipsch Reps with photos of the woofer suspension falling apart. Said it was a manufacturing fault and I want something done. They were out of warranty but argued that woofer failures on a $20K set of speakers after seven years was not acceptable. Klipsch USA asked for my serial numbers and dispatched six replacement drivers, all matched pairs. On another note I did try and re-cone the woofers but they are not serviceable.

Big thanks to Klipsch for replacing all six woofers on my circa 2012 speakers. They were out of warranty but Klipsch went out of their way to back their product.
