They may replaced the IMFs or replace some KG3.5s in a separate home theater system.

Thanks everyone for your help! I picked up those Walnut Quartets. $450 out the door. They're in really great shape too. I feel like I got a great deal. Sequential serial numbers too!

Floor space is the reason I'm looking for Quartets. They seem to be the perfect fit. If I don't find a good match I may opt for Heresy.
