  1. Bump. I'm still in the market for these CF4. Let me know if you are interested in a sale or trade.
  2. GLWS - this is a really good price for these in the local market. I'm in the area and I sold mine this past year for more than your asking price. You should have no difficulty selling this. And the good cause is the cherry on the cake 👌

Looks like the sale is pending as of now. I'm in the market for one of these, though IA is too far to drive. Great condition though, and these look to be v2/v3.
  4. Hello. I wanted to bump this older thread up as I am still looking for the CF4. I have a pair of black KLF-30 with KLF-C7, or Cornwall 1 available to trade for a pair of Epic CF-4. Let me know if you have a pair to sell or trade. Thanks.
  5. Even better that they are version 1/2 as well. Good deal.
  6. Anyone traveling from Houston TX and willing to carry speakers to California / Nevada / Arizona / Utah? Please PM. Thanks!
  7. Hi! I'm not looking to sell the Fortes at the moment, but I will consider a sale once I get a hold of the Epics, as the Fortes will replace them.
  8. I have a pair of 1980 La Scala in birch with type AA crossover, that I would like to trade for a pair of Epic CF-4 v1. I also have KLF-30, Epic CF-3 v1, or Heresy 1, or a Cornwall 1 as alternatives to the La Scala for the trade. Located in Northern California. Willing to drive a fair distance to meet up, if you're not close by. Thanks!
  9. These have been sold to the very kind @Barefootbrewer
  10. Just replaced these with the Crites' board, so I'm not using the originals anymore. Will throw in a single working Forte II tweeter diaphragm for free (and 3 blown ones if you have a use for them). Asking $40 for the pair plus shipping.
  11. Anyone here have a single K-57-K diaphragm lying around, possibly from an upgrade? I have a Chorus squawker that gave up and is now reading zero ohms. Simply Speakers sells these LINK and that's always an option, but if you have one for sale please let me know, thanks.
  12. Based on the picture of the original shipping label from many years ago, I'm going to venture a guess that the location is Little Rock AR. Nice center, if closer I'd have picked it up.
  13. What chicks? All I see are a lot of 3 inch paper cone woofers. Not enough bass for my liking, tbh.
  14. Had both parents get the Pfizer version two weeks ago, no issues. Daughter's teacher's mom (95) got the second dose and is in the ER, declining and not looking good. It's just so hard to say what the side effects will be like.
  15. Hi Gary - I'm interested in the RC-7 if they are available.
  16. These would be used with my Heresy Is. I listen to a lot of classic rock. Specific to the A/D/S M3, does anyone have experience with the sub? There's not a ton of information about there. I've been able to find out that this a sealed cabinet design, so and the plate amp seems to be glued at the back, so opening up is going to be difficult. I know A/D/S made quality products back in the day, so I'm counting on that. Online forums tell me the A/D/S is a 10" driver, but it dwarfs the Velodyne 12" right next to it, see picture. Could just be a large cabinet, but this thing pushes out serious air from the vents up front. I have this and the Velodyne and they're both great. I find the bass on the A/D/S to be a little tighter and like that sound overall so I'll likely keep it and sell the Velo. Just wanted to know if anyone had heard the A/D/S sub before and their experiences with it.
  17. Agreed. If you were in the Bay Area, I would be all over this for my living room HT.
  18. Agree with this sentiment. What is also helpful here is when members chime in on what is a fair price, especially with the context of location. A fair price for Fortes in WI could be different from what it is in CA. Discussions on price are helpful.
