  1. From next week Iĺl have three weeks vacation, finally!! Next stage of my shelve-enhancement will commence... Just a tiny step, but I´ll get there. Right now it will hold my collection of LPs. But that´s the good thing about how these shelves are constructed. I can always move them up and down or swap out individual parts and make room for further gear and stuff that might come up.

Nothing stopping you from posting an advert on Japan or USA ebay

Maybe I should, at least the better ones, like Criterions Robo Cop & Akira or my Star Wars Box for example.

See what ya did @AndreG.?  I spun around w/every intention of pulling out some Motown and BAM there it was.  Such a great old album from Dr Hook!  Actually, one of my all-time favs from back in the day.  Trust me the gaggle I ran with had their favs.  At the top of the list was "Penicillin Penny."   "Scuse me but your name isn't Penny is it?"   :)

The group had a difficult time meeting the high expectations created by Sloppy Seconds, and the result was Belly Up!, which Huey noted "was unfortunately prophetic". The album was sold in the US, UK, Europe, and Canada. Dr. Hook was just as famed for their crazed stage antics, which ranged from surreal banter to impersonating their own opening acts, but the group's nonchalance about business matters led to bankruptcy. "If we were in the black when we finished a tour, we'd party into the red," says Locorriere. They were forced to file bankruptcy in 1974, although they continued to tour incessantly.

  4. Talking about collections.... I´m in the process of trying to sell my collection of Laser Discs. Anyone remember those, LPs pretending to be DVDs. I don´t want to think about the money I spend on buying those 25 years ago – And what litte I will get back now, if any...

Tragic.  You would think a lesson to be learned by all then fast forward to today.  Wild for sure when you look at the big picture.

Those who instigate wars in history don´t want to learn, and they won´t have to, from their perspective... They are almost never the ones suffering and dying... As such, humanity will never learn, I´m afraid.

That is some good intricate music to listen to through your new gear.

Still have to commend that company for the shapes of the front of their components. Looks kind of chunky or beefy if you will. Also resembles some kinds of rock crystals with the facets on the face.

So I´m not the only one! 😋

I know: "What counts is what´s inside", or in this case, what comes out of it. But the optics... Maybe they look different en natura, but on the photo...

Be that as it may, congrats on Your new system Paul!
