    Naa, not really. i picked up a greatest hits collection a few years back for cheap- -and liked it. The CD went to my shelf... Then I got a few LPs in exchange for some LDs one being a DT album and since then I´m buying bit by bit. The nice thing about these InsideOut editions is, you always get the LP and the CD as a double-feature.

    For this reason I don´t buy much orchestral music or OSTs on vinyl. Modern music is fine, even if quiet parts are present. But yes, background noise comes to attention from time to time here too...

    Do not know how the cover could be controversial, but it was made boring a few years later. 

     

    Maybe because of the skirt? But I think at the beginning of the 80´s that should not have been controversial, no?
