Makes one wonder: What gear do Mr. Hetfield & accomplices use to listen to their vinyl? State of the art? A little more vintage maybe? Hmmm...

Today this arrived:
At first optics of the CD reminded me of blanks you burn yourself...
But it sound good enough. But I can´t pin down the differences between this and the vinyl I have yet. It has two extra tracks, single versions of "In the Dead of Night" & "Mental Medication".

Cut-Out aside, it sounds as good as it looks. Not bad, if one considers that it´ only three years younger than I am.

CDs?! Now that must be hard work!
I only have two or three LPs clipped. But this one really sucks, it looks realy good otherwise... Although I haven´t listened to it yet, the vinyl looks very clean.

The record companies.
That's the definition of a cutout! See if it states Promotional Copy anywhere on the disc or the packaging!
No, it doesn´t... I heard that used-record-dealers in the US do that sometimes, don´t know if that is true. Think there could be idiots like that in Europe too...

Pure? Yes, yuk. I have to mix it some sort or other... or it doesn´t go down...

That's the best way!
Me thinks so too! Wine and Gin? OK, but sterner stuff? ... No. But I love Tea and I use purified water for that (osmosis) and it looks just as clear as Your tea.

No sir I pickled my first filter.
I'm talking about my new liver that works very well, just had my 22nd anniversary with it on 4-1-23!
So although I do have some bourbon stocked up here, it will last a long time.
I was sure You were referring to something else than water-filtering. I asked anyway. Congrats on that anniversary! I have some Whiskey stocked away also, but I never drink that alone...

my new filter has been a good one since 3-31-01
You´re talking about reverse-osmosis water filtering?

That's tea
Out of a scotch glass, or a tea glass that looks like a whisky glass? I ask because of heat tapering.

Ha! Discogs is a funny place if you're OLD! They've got it all workin in there somehow. I'm not using paypal but I did buy one lp with my throwaway "low limit" credit card once. Some shop in Florida as I recall. They took Visa so I bit. Shortly thereafter half of Florida was using my card on Google to call home on one of their apps. That was funny Nevah again! Burner phones? So why not have a burner credit card? Ha!
Grr, not nice! I only buy local (Germany, sometimes Europe) and pay via PayPal. Had no problems until now. Just once, some LP labled as NM, well... it wasn´t maybe it was good.

His singing reminds me of Bowie in places. Am I wrong?

If You´re taling about the TT on the floor, that´s ok actually. There´s concrete beneath the wood-imitation floorboards, so next to no vibration.
Dave and Thrash Metal, who would have thought to see that? 😄 Could have told ya, that´s not for You...
