  1. Don’t know if this pertains to anyone else but my phone only had Bluetooth 4. I had been able to decrease the cutting out by not keeping the phone on my body but it was still way too common. Recently got a new phone with Bluetooth 5 and the cutting out is gone. Works perfectly now. Finally enjoying these Klipsch as much as i thought I would.
  2. I have the T5 true wireless and have found if my phone is on my body they cut out or disconnect if anything gets between the phone and the buds. Putting on my glasses or my arm over my phone seems to block the signal. If I move the phone further away it seems to work OK. I previously had some much cheaper wireless neckband buds that never lost connection so I don't think it is my phone.
  3. Emailed Klipsch Aug 4 about my bricked T5s. Today (Aug 11) got a canned response telling me they are busy. I'm guessing a lot of unhappy T5 owners.
  4. Several here have had the same issue. My pair were new so Amazon replaced them. I believe Klipsch would have also replaced them. I haven't tried the update on the new pair.
  5. I tried to update my new T5s with the connect app and after many failed attempts the right earbud was bricked. Since they were less than 1 week old Amazon replaced them. Now I would like to update the new pair but think the connect app update is faulty. Is anyone able to use the app?
