  1. I’m using an MC462. Perhaps overkill, but that’s my middle name.
  2. I was using a Parasound 5 channel 200w per channel. I’m now using a McIntosh MC462. The CD contains both the Track record and the Drum record.

    Jokes?

Guy bursts in to a bank and announces a holdup. His mask slips. he says to a customer closest to him, did you see my face? yes, customer replies. he shoots him. turns to next customer and says did you see my face? Customer says yes. he shoots him. turns to next customer and says did you see my face? customer replies no, but my wife did.
  4. Sorry for the levity in thread title, but I want a Heresy IV, just one, uno, as my center channel. I have Cornwall IV as my left and right. Would love another but I’d have to raise my TV at least 8 inches, and it’s twice the price. Seems some dealers will only sell them in pairs as they say they are all matching pairs and Klipsch requires that. So, true or false?
  5. I’d try Aurelex subwoofer base. I out then under my subs and boominess is a thing of the past.
  6. Pic I’m trying to upload is 2.1 mb. Can’t seem to make it smaller on iPad.
  7. Got the Cornwall IV. Love them. Can’t seem to post a pic. So annoying.

  9. I just replaced RF7II with Cornwall IV and couldn’t be happier. They are incredible. Bass is fine, but I have two subs nonetheless as I use my system for music and movies. My speakers are not in a corner. The soundstage is awesome, especially the way vocals come from dead center when my center channel is not even playing. I’m super impressed. Hope you get yours sorted out. Might I suggest you get, if you don’t have it, the Sheffield Track record/cd which has some excellent bass. That will tell you if you have an issue or not. Here’s my setup:
  10. Soon to be replaced with Cornwall IV, unless I decide to put them in my other room
  11. I see this is a very old topic. Not older than me unfortunately. Lol. I purchased Klipsch RF 7 II B stock in cherry about 3 years ago. They are indistinguishable from new and have been perfect. And I saved close to 50 percent of the retail for new. Based on that experience, I’ve just ordered B stock Cornwall 4. The seller on eBay before shipping removed them from the box and took pictures to show me the hue of the cherry finish is a bit lighter on one speaker. This would only be noticed if they were next to one another. 15’ apart, as they will be in my room, I doubt anyone would notice. It’s a savings of 1200 off the retail price. Looking forward to getting them.
