    Run out groove is shorter on second one. I can’t see other marks on the disc.

    The motorboard are stapled and maybe glued. I’ve never taken one out, but I’ve put one back. It had gotten dislodged by being shipped improperly. A block of wood, a hammer, and some glue. Fixed. You could probably knock them out the same way, but you lose the integrity of the cabinet taking it out. YMMV.

    @Cal Blacksmithif the drivers are still good you could sell to offset the cost of something else. I see Klipsch from time to time up that way. I’d just be patient. Good luck! And if notice any down this way I’ll let ya know.

    Easy to remove? No. Cover the horn in painters tape first and it’ll come off easily. Wish I had.
