To start I am a big Klipsch fan. However, recently I am not a big fan of customer service. I understand the Covid circumstances but for last week I have called multiple times and waited listening to music for over an hour and then the system hanged up. My bar 48!all of the sudden died and I cannot turn it on and I have tried different cables and power outlets. Product is still under warranty and I have a ticket number. should I try to go to Best Buy where I bought if from or still try to get in touch with Klipsch? please advise as I am getting more and more frustrated.
