Glad ya followed up w/the photo @Marvel and yup, dat's the grasshopper for sure. I was fairly new and here's this outta the box dude. All I could do was laff right along with him. The perspective was spot on but the way he took me there was even funnier. The pm's we had were hilarious. The movie he was in. Yup, had to be him when i saw it so I kinda knew what he looked like. Sure he was older, had no reason to lie cause he was havin fun like all the rest of us. So now the pic surfaces and i just smiled. There's that sarong wearin dude who fed the cats, took the old beater to the dump and loaded his boat on top of it by himself. The dude who'd consume 2 pots of coffee workin at the bowling alley or wherever he went w/whomever was around and not care. Yet that same dude was comfy whackin weeds playin in the PGA Open out back, plantin a garden in a plot of rocks and makin it work. Crazy! Then the time he drove from AZ to IN to see his SIL to pick up a pair of LS that were sitting there waiting for him after he bought them almost a year before? Then he worked even more magic getting them into his lil car and head home. We ALL sat here thinking he was going to have to either ship them or upsize and buy a new vehicle. The two of them, bags AND LS jammed in the rear? He said he had it fingered out then told me he had about two inches left. Insane! The doghouse, fixin the kid's motorcycle, the runs w/Tracey to school, fishin in the boat w/the Border Patrol flyby's over-head waitin for his wave. Yea, that was Bill. Miss that dude for sure.

Then there's thisssss. Better get ya sum. Dose piles gonna get you! 😂 Merry Christmas to you, George! I have a question. Where's the brushhhhhh? Sure is a beautiful cartridge. Classy and prolly a bit sassy too!

Been a minute since I've posted much. Just making piles. 😂 New, old, whatever I'm feelin for about 3 days , centering, then SOMETHING takes me in another direction. Crazy! So I guess from the looks of things I'd better get with the program. One of those things where I just scratch my head knowing they're all not gonna fit. Milk crates? How? Go outta order wanting to pull them all then finding the ONE ya KNOW ya NEED to hear next month? So ya put it back or what? THEN carry the crates upstairs AFTER you've labelled and numbered the crates so ya know what's where??? Nope, I'm done. Toast. If I can't find it then I don't need it. Right? THEN ya keep buying anyway? THEN this morning I get an itch for THIS guy and it's been downhill ever since. 😂 Not much I can say about this guy that hasn't been said other than. He flat can take you for a ride IF ya let him. Terence Charles "Snowy" White (born 3 March 1948) is an English guitarist, known for having played with Thin Lizzy (permanent member from 1980 to 1982) and with Pink Floyd (as a backing guitarist from 1977 to 1980), and more recently for Roger Waters' band.[1] He is also known for his 1983 single "Bird of Paradise", which became a UK Singles Chart Top 10 hit single.[2] Look him up on wiki Get outta the box! 😂 Ya KNOW it's an OLD guy thing right?

Ya caught a major break when you "stumbled" upon those Cornwalls. You're in the right place for comments and I get your drift. Choices, money, cd's get's crazy. You'll sort it I'm sure. We'll ALL be happy to help you spend your money. Lots of threads started in here and a lot of regulars to hang with. Stick around, stop in and ask cause most of us don't bite too hard. Keep posting/responding and get some points for participating then the world will blossom a bit more for you in here. Oh, that's right ur in Austrailia. Got it! 😂 As if! I want 'em both George then Ill have at least 3 or maybe 4. 😂 BTW, as you know, DHL is KILLAH! Absoliutely! Every moron w/a "semi-justified" idea on ANYthing to make a buck is jumping in w/both feet. So with that in mind I've decided to sell 6 tons of vinyl and put everything into cd's. 😂 😇 💪

Then there were these guys? Lawdy, talk about levelling up? I'd worked an early show at the old Cleveland Music Hall and left scratching my head. So when the tours levelled up and into the old Cleveland stadium for the "World Series of Rock" in 74 I got the nod. So grabbed a gaggle of 12 frineds to come up for the show. ELP running Quad in Cleveland stadium? HOW was this gonna work out and sound? It was or should be insane cause "Quad" was the way the industry was gonna go "they" said. A HUGE show for Cleveland but not like the Beatles when they played but huge none-the-less. They always liked to come to Cleveland they said. Bet they said that to all the girls too. 😂 ALL I know is for as hard as I worked that week it was prolly the best and most rewarding show I ever worked. The Quad flat KILLED it circling inside just lifting everyone up and outta the place. I almost bought a Marantz Quad receiver and went for it but thought twice. What if it doesn't? That ONE song that has this non-Catholic dude running the beads every time? Ahhhhhmazing in Quad that day. The friends? They lived.

@MicroMara you wen't outta the box on that one! Soooo many forget about their influence on groups. Gonna have to nose now! Wishbone Ash are a British rock band who achieved success in the early to mid-1970s. Their albums include Wishbone Ash (1970), Pilgrimage (1971), Argus (1972), Wishbone Four (1973), There's the Rub (1974) and New England (1976). Wishbone Ash are noted for their extensive use of harmony twin lead guitars, which had been attracting electric blues bands since Jeff Beck and Jimmy Page had played together in the Yardbirds in 1966.[1][2][3] Their contributions helped Andy Powell and Ted Turner to be voted "Two of the Ten Most Important Guitarists in Rock History" (Traffic magazine 1989). Melody Maker (1972) described Powell and Turner as "the most interesting two-guitar team since the days when Beck and Page graced The Yardbirds". Several notable bands have cited Wishbone Ash as an influence, including the Eagles, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Van Halen, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Thin Lizzy, Metallica, Dream Theater, Overkill and Opeth.[4][5][6][7][8] Formed in Torquay, Devon in 1969 out of the ashes of the trio The Empty Vessels (originally known as The Torinoes, later briefly being renamed Tanglewood in 1969), which had been formed by Wishbone Ash's founding member and creative force Martin Turner (lead vocals and bass guitar) in 1963 and complemented by Steve Upton (drums and percussion) in 1966. Wishbone Ash formed when Martin Turner and Steve Upton set up auditions for a guitarist and subsequently ended up with two guitarists because they could not decide between the two. So as a result, guitarists/vocalists Andy Powell and Ted Turner completed the original Wishbone Ash line-up. In 1974 Ted Turner left the band, and was replaced by Laurie Wisefield.[9] The band continued on with strong critical and commercial success until 1980. There followed line-ups featuring former bass players from King Crimson (John Wetton), Uriah Heep (Trevor Bolder) and Trapeze (Mervyn Spence). Wisefield left in 1985. In 1987, however, the original line-up reunited for several albums – Nouveau Calls, Here to Hear and Strange Affair – until 1990, when Upton quit the band. After Martin Turner was replaced in 1991, the band recorded The Ash Live in Chicago, before Ted Turner left again in January 1994.[9] This left Andy Powell as the sole remaining original founding member of Wishbone Ash to continue the band on into the future. Lot of good stuff of theirs out there!

Duckburg MIGHT just hit 60+ today. When it rains it pours around here for me lately. Might have to hit the car wash today thanks to the states of Oklahoma & Texas. It rained overnight last Saturday night and I left the car out since I'd been workin around in the garage movin junk. Went out Sunday morning to white rain spots all over the car. Seems as though the "white spots" were actually dirt that was caught up in the jet streams from the wind blown rain that came thru from TX & OK. So thanks for that guys. 😂 YOU didn't do it? WRONG! Busted by an OSU prof w/an electon microscope and the chemical breakdown of the area's in the US. Take THAT! 😂 Car wash's have been lined up all week w/ppl washing it off their vehicles. No hurry so I waited. Not in a real hurry on anything after the Valentine's 15-minute stop @ Kroger's to pick up a lil boquet of flowers for my grand daughter. Someone decided to punch my car backing out of their parking space next to me. Naturally, they just drove their big old SUV away. Yea, I saw it going in but thought plenty of room IF they backed out like a normal person. Reported it to the local cop shop and just got the ruling that the video cam was a "dead spot" in their parking lot. Imagine that. So much for Duckburg but par for the course around here and everywhere else prolly. Humanity and decency to owning up? Got it. Guess I'll get the camera out, take some pics, use some Ducktape to lift any paint off that's left and wash my ride. Then to the body shop. I now have a new part-time job sittin in a lawn chair out front of Kroger's waitin for the moron. Why? Cause they're a repeat offender who drives a big gray beast worth about 50k with zero moral values and shops at Kroger. Watch me go! @Tarheel put ur money on the old guy. 😂

Ahhhhh, it lives! 😂 Took a few days off and slipped to Indy for the B1G Women's basketball tourney. Good time w/a few good peeps even though mah ladies got thumped by UCLA. Expected no less from those UCLA women. Man they're tough for sure. Guess that's why they're one of the best in the country. It'll all sort in a few weeks. Good to see ya back George! Missed ur face and it sounds like ya found a lil "honey hole" of a shop. The wallet rape has begun but looks like some good tunes. Easy peasey on the workie but hope ya find something that's gonna get ya officially "retired!" @Klipsch104db nice seeing some of your spins once again! Looks like ya got some leads on improving things and ya came to the right place. Carts are carts but I just took a blind leap of faith and dropped some big bucks on my cart. Night and day for me sound wise. My cleaning machine also helped on my old stuff and the way the new stuff is rolling out you do pick up some trash. Who knows, it's on you now and where you want to go. Just my .02 cents worth. @Full Range glad to see ole' Alfred just dumped half an ocean of wetness on ya instead of the entire enchilada. Knew you'd make it! Now I've got a question for ya. Didn't you mention this Taj Farrant kid on guitar a while back? Close to Brissy somewhere I think Either way this kid's TOTALLY amazing. He's here touring right now and blowing things totally up! A 15-year-old kid running the frets like SRV and Carlos? F'n INSANE for sure! Dropping some stuff over in youtube spinning if anyone wants to check him out. If you ain't got him locked in ya better jump! ALLLLLL imma gonna say!

Rainy and wet in Duckburg. Mid 50's today and windy then the temps dropped and calling for snow flurries tonight? Sounds about right for Ohio. Then 60 - 70? Crazy. Gave up on Tru-Green and their lawn program. They showed up the other day before I called and cancelled. Yup, rolled over and there he was throwing the empty spreader into the back of his new pickup. Had about a dozen more chumps waiting for their "treatment" from the way the pickup was loaded. Only cost me $120 for a spreader full of 16-0-0. 😂 We got this. Grandson's cheaper and I know what I'm putting on and when. One-year was enough. Curmudgeon mode activated.

@Full Range sad to hear about the weather yet funny you're getting things cranked up. Nuttin wrong with "Ridin That Storm Out!" Wild idea keeping that tile in one place too. Think you're gonna make it! Need help just give us a call we'll be right over. As if! 😂 BTW, your Natty t-shirt arrived today. You'll get it someday if you survive the cyclone. If not, I'll keep it. Sooooo, make sure you check in. 😂 See how I did that?
