Hi I have problem with my klipsch r-51pm. I bought those speakers in november 2020. I drop my speaker to the repair center In mid july 2021 and klipsch aren’t able to repair my speaker because they don’t have the part in stock… 5 months and no reply from klipsch… very frustrating. Do you think I can have un refund for my speaker? I want my speaker back but they don’t able to repair it. What can I do?!? thanks
