I have a pair of R-28PF speakers that stopped working in December. I submitted the request to customer service about two months ago with no response. What am I supposed to do with these two 50 pound speakers? Is it normal to have to replace speakers like this each year? I have sound bars and book shelf speakers of other brands that are 5-10 years old. What do I do??
