This is not a Bluetooth pairing issue, but a switching issue between two iPhone 12s. My wife and I have new iPhone 12s. If I connect to the speaker from my phone play some music and leave the room my wife can't connect to the speaker (The One II) without me manually disconnecting from the speaker using the IOS Bluetooth settings on my phone. If she tries to manually connect she gets a message of Bluetooth failure. It's an otherwise wonderful speaker.
