  1. I have been thinking about your post and have decided to run an experiment. I do have a wireless AP nearby (~6ft) so I turned the transmitter power down on both bands and will see if the problem resolves itself. The squealing problem is intermittent so it will take a while to test but I will post back with my results.
  2. I have 2.4 and 5 GHz wireless signals but I am skeptical that this is an EMI problem.
  3. I have the exact same problem with my Cinema 800 and it has been this way since I bought it in 2021. I also have the surround 3s but I am using an LG C1 for my TV. I have seen this reported for the Cinema 1200 as well but I have yet to see a root cause or a fix identified. I have done troubleshooting with Klipsch support but nothing resolves the issue.
  4. This post is a follow-up to my support request. I was able to fix my issue by performing a factory reset followed by a hard power cycle (I unplugged it) with a 10 second delay before plugging it back in. My firmware successfully updated over WiFi before this issue appeared. I did not try a flash drive update. I have since had two instances where the soundbar stopped playing audio from the TV. A hard power cycle fixed both of these as well. Hopefully this is just a firmware issue that will be updated at some point.
  5. My cinema 800 unit is displaying the same text. It seems to still work though so I haven’t done any troubleshooting since that appears to risk bricking the sound bar. I did open a support ticket.
