Hahaha 😄 Yep, I got em guys. Along with the Kenwood (and yes, the speaker wire 😜) Thank you so much for all the help! They sound great, much clearer and more detailed than anything I've been accustomed to. Volume was indeed increased several times. Bass definitely hits the spot, and with much less distortion than I was getting with my previous system. Cannot wait for their party debut. Safe to say I'm hooked. It's only time between me and you all now 😁

I must admit I am a bit of a basshead so would think I'd be considering a sub anyway.

Hi Emile! Thank you so much for your response. First off, I play a pretty wide range of dance music, the core being deep house, garage, and disco, but here and there mixing in sounds ranging through jungle, footwork, dub, hip hop, funk, r&b, gospel, and beyond. I know this won't be the most accurate, but a quick test using the android "sound meter" app put my sound at around 75-80dB for where I would play it at a party. I should also clarify that I'm just doing private parties in my home at this time, and I'm not sure I would need pro speakers. I currently have 4 polk T15s and am quite satisfied with the volume but am desiring the higher quality and greater warmth and body that I've heard about Klipsch attaining. I will also say that I LOVE the look of Klipsch speakers and these would be preferable as a piece of furniture to something like the JBLs you've shown. As far as size and weight, I think in the La Scala - Klipschorn range is what I'm looking for! Finally, I have to say I am probably completely out of my depth on the amplifier question. Would love to hear your thoughts going forward on the relative advantages of each type. Thanks again, June

Hi all! I'm June. I've been lurking the forums for a few days now trying to pick up what I can about klipsch and audio equipment in general. I've started DJing parties this year (under the name Jubilee, just a coincidence!) and have realized I've definitely been bit by the audiophile bug within the past few months via reading and hearing about David Mancuso's use of Klipschorns at the Loft in Tim Lawrence's book Love Saves the Day and Love is the Message podcast. I haven't yet heard Klipsch speakers or anything of their caliber, but I am very eager to, and looking to acquire a pair of my own. It seems like Cornwalls, Fortes and Khorns are the favorites among many, so I'm keeping my eyes peeled and ears open for any of these available in Central Florida, but I already have seen a few CL listings for KG 4.2s and 4.5s. Any thoughts on KGs? Would also love if anybody could point me to some good beginner resources for learning about high end audio! Cheers
