MikeSPL150

Hello everyone, today I noticed that the green LED indicator light is not "ON" on my SPL-150 subwoofer, regardless of which position is swich "ON or AUTO". The subwoofer works even without the indicator light "ON", but amp constantly REMAINS ON even when the switch is in the "OFF" position - whether there is a signal or not - the amp is powered when switched off, it is turninig OFF only through the power cord from the mains power supply. The sub is 6 days old ! What would you advise me to fix this problem and avoid, future problems and possible damage to the amplifier and its power supply? Thanks in advance!
