i thougt about the guilt trip thing right off the bat, but then i would have to change the center channel it is the rc-7 and it fits perfect on top of the tv. so i guess i am just gonna have to call them in the morning and see how much it cost. thank you all for the fast help. u are all the best!!!!!!![]

no she was not playing them loud. she was dusting them off, she was using the duster but mayber it was a screw driver...lol love her but she will be in the dog house tonight.....lol how much do u think it will cost? i will be giving them a call first thing in the morning.

my wife just poked a hole in my rf5 in the rubber surround of the top woofer. what do i do? can i fix it, replace it? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!![]

thanks guys i do not plan to use a multi channel amp, just the 5803. i do have rf5 fronts rc7 center and rs7s. the reason i went with the 5s was the size of the 7s were to big. i do have 2 rsw10s to make up the low end. i dont want to be disapointed with the 5803 months from now cause i enjoy my 3805. i am buying it from my local good guys which is closing. it is NIB.

Hi guys i am new here as far as posting, however i always read the post in the forums. i just have a question. speaker wise i have rf-5, rc-7 2 rs-7 and using one rc3-2 for rear center. wife gave me the ok to get a new receiver. the 3 i was looking at is the pioneer elite 56txi or the denon 3805 and the yamaha rxv1. those 3 are in the price range that she has given me. just would like you imput on which one would be best to get. thank for any advice steven

hey guys im new here but was reading about the crossover mods and very interested in trying that.i have rf5 and yamaha rx-v1 at high vol,it does sound really bright will this mod help that and will i have to do this to the center it is a rc7,i was reading what deanG saying,and he does this mod if so let me know. or can tell me what 2 do.remember im new here so i don't understand about the values of the cap's thank's

i was wondering if useing the front effect speks.would be worth it. i have the rxv1.i believe they only work in the dsp modes but not sure.and do they have to be in front.

moon; have same thing but 2 rsw12.trying to figure out the thing 1 in phase other out of phase sounds louder?.im useing rxv1 yamme.its Lfeout is set at 90hz do i use lowpass enable or disinable lfe mode. one gets the 90hz sent from yamme other gets what ever is set on active crossover.am i right and which is which.and whats best .

hey EAR.you are correct one in phase the other out it didnt sound right to me thats why i asked the pros here.i thought they should be moving together.thanks ear sounds much better. i thought 2 rsw12 should hit harder.THANKS.

i just bought 2nd rsw12 and was wondering if salesman was right in telling me one in phase other out.subs are on either sides of my rf5s about 8ft apart.

femtochemistry if you biwire 1 red 1 black for hf and same for Lf tells you on wire which is which .if not does not matter as long as jumper wires are still used.red hf to red lf and same with black.spek.wire pos.and neg.just like normall but either lf or hf with jumpers used.

hey guys talked to klipsch tech.the guy was really cool talked for ever.he said best to run 2 rsw12s split lfe in back of yamme useing monster bass conn.400 use y adapter to sub both left &right input turn up lfe on yamme and down on sub then use sub vol. on yamme to turn up or down. the lfe does move across front as action does pretty cool.wife was pretty pist when came home with another sub. OHWELL!
