  1. When I couldn't get a replacement amp.....was probably way too much effort but we remade the PCB for the KSP300 amp and made new ones 🙂 I have more PCBs/components if anyone is interested. I've included the schematic if you want to attempt it yourself. I couldn't get the 1uH coils so my board uses 2 0.5uH coils from coilcraft. I also upped the caps to 100V. The old board is on the right... with modern PCB design software my board doesn't have any those lame links ( sorry Klipsch but those are lame ) Gary
  2. I used 4700uF 100V caps though... so no humm 🙂
  3. Here's my new amp for the KSP300... on the right to old board... new components, I couldn't get a 1uH coil so I used 2 0.5uH \
  4. I can email the schematic ... am i allowed to just add the file here do you think ?
  5. Hi all.. i had one of our electronics designers re-layout the amp board for the KSP-300 ... Klipsch sent me the schematic years ago... the new layout uses the same amp chip but the rest is all modern components. We ordered 3 initially to test... but can order more if people are interested... the first 3 boards only cost $20 each to fab ... without the amp chip... i brought 6 of those from China for $6 a piece... all up i think around $50 as the good caps are kind of expensive these days
  6. Before it completely went away i got Klipsch to send me the schematic to the KSP300 amps. If anybody needs them let me know. I fixed mine... and better caps got rid of the humm that started in about 2000... been running great for 20 years.
