I recently purchased a new stereo system comprising of Marantz NR1200 receiver Marantz TT42 turntable and a pair of Klipsch RP-6000F speakers. My question is their is a marked volume difference between playing a record and streaming my playlists etc. on a scale of 0-98 the volume when playing a Spotify playlist would be say 55 whereas when playing vinyl it would be set on 80 to have similar volume.Is this normal and if so can anyone explain why.
