My rsb-11 stopped working, it does not operate by remote and the only light that is is on is "Digital". I unplug it for 10 minutes and nothing, left it unplugged for 3 months, nothing. I tried to factory reset, nothing. I tried to do a firmware update, nothing. The store I purchased it fom has gone out of business. Does anyone have a clue what is going on with this thing or can recommend something else to try?
