  1. Hi, I have a full Klipsch setup with RP8060FA II fronts, RP504 C II center and RP500M II surrounds. With the 8060 Fronts I would bennefit the most of a sub around 20Hz. And for sure I wanted a Klipsch subwoofer, but started to compare Klipsch with BK, SVS and XTC, and it will not be near these brands. If I take a SVS SB1000 Pro it will do near the specs of the SPL 150, but less money, (far) less size, a nice app. Also BK (even cheaper then SVS) and XTC will do a better output in a smaller box. But I want to looks of Klipsch, the R-121SW will do around 28Hz, just a few HZ below the 8060, looks are ok, price is ok, but specs........😒
  2. Hi, would be nice to see Klipsch subwoofers with the same output like SVS.
  3. Strange, asked the same question to Klipsch before here, and get this answer now from suport: Setting the crossover higher would just introduce more frequencies being sent through that port. 😵 So this seems the other way around. Your answer was More by a lower crossover, Klipsch answer is More by higher crossover. I am no expert in crossovers but it seems to me that setting the crosover lower, will strain the ports more, like your answer.
  4. Hello, thank for your reply and others on my question 🙂 Will a lower crossover (below 80 Hz) use the ports more or less ?
  5. Hi, I have a set of RP8000F2 and they are very close to the rear wall, just 4cm. They get from Audyssey a crossover of 40 Hz. Can (need) I plug the ports, or use this 40, or higher, crossover as they do not play fullrange in this setup but are still very near to the wall ? (can not change that) I do have two 8 inch subs (32 Hz) also running.
  6. Hi, I have a RP serie II HT setup with for now a RP500C II. Will Klipsch bring a 600C II to this version II serie, in general a bigger 500C II, like the RP600C ? EDIT: After a mail from Klipsch that there will be no 600C soon, I bought the RP504C II 🙂
