  1. My mom is picking these up for me. What are they?
  2. Yeah maybe someday. But as of now I gotta spin old school style.
  3. My Luxman TP-114 sadly has remote issues. For me to send it to the Sound Doctor in Colorado to be fixed I think is sadly not worth it. What would you guys recommend for a good preamp to be paired with my Denon POA-2200 running KG5.5s? Looking to keep it around $500 and under. New and old preamps to be considered. Just needs to have a remote for volume. Thanks guys.
  4. Ended up removing the front panel carefully. Scraped old glue out and sanded all edges. Re-glued with Gorilla Glue. Jammed on them hard with zero issues. Fingers crossed my other one stays intact. Haven’t had a problem with him yet.
  5. I recently upgraded from the lil’ Yamaha to a Denon POA-2200. Plugs along effortlessly.
  6. Yes it is a beautiful place to be. Lived here all my life. The winters (if you don't know) are pretty rough sometimes. Definitely makes the people here unique and rugged like the terrain.
  7. I am just learning of this. Dammet. I'm not a huge Nazareth fan per se but Hair of the Dog was a childhood favorite of mine and still is. That whole album is pretty solid.
  8. I recently picked up a set of 5.5's. My lil' Yamaha A-S301 rattled the back panel loose. I re-glued it from the inside and has worked great since. Now, I recently acquired a Denon POA-2200. Man this thing rips. But, sadly the front panel on the same speaker has now come loose. Since I already re-glued the back, how would one go about fixing the front panel with limited access? I really don't want to re-glue it from the front (if that'd even work) with the fear of the speaker looking like total redneck garbage. Thanks guys. - Zach
  9. Oh wait, nevermind. You think were all cowboys in Wyoming haha.
  10. Scored some KG5.5's yesterday. My family has a history of running Klipsch speakers. My dad has La Scalas and Heresys and my brother has some RP-160M's. Finally I have the room to start my own system. Currently running them with my Yamaha A-S301. Can't believe the difference compared to inherited Infinity Modulus set up. They have now officially been sidelined. IMG_0541 (1).HEIC
