In this crossover the use of an autoformer. But is not a TA-2 Autoformer as it has only 4 taps not 5?
-
This then brought up another question, do you know the split how many 12” cabinet vs 15” cabinets made?
-
Could you tell me what was the total cabinets made? I’ve heard the serial numbers started in the 500’s and I thought I saw 666 was a total, last serial was letters and numbers?
-
Thank you that confirms what I was told.

Thank you for digging into this, I’m completing the purchase of 995 as we speak. Oh the color of #786?
-
Ok, what was this sold as 786 I know it’s loaded correctly for the speaker config and has a W2 network. 33? Or 22? And if I haven’t said it Thank you everyone for providing all this info. 😊

Hmmm, I’ll need to open mine again and look as to how it’s wired.

Wow, Thank you this is exactly what I was looking for. 😊
-

Good info thanks, but still doesn’t explain the difference between a W2 and W5-22 this is what I need to know, here’s mine.

Curious did you ever sell them?

I own a single Shorthorn and love it! It came w a W2 crossover. Now, I’m looking fir a second Shorthorn and am finding a W5-22 crossover. Could you tell me what the differences are between them as I don’t want something that will sound different. Assuming the drivers are all the same.
