What would be causing q3 q7 and d13 to short out after replacing them everything else checks out fine as per following this thread... Can someone point me in the right direction to look further into

Hi guys, help needed, I removed all the bad glue, replaced one fet irf740, one ifr530, and the one diode Mur420 the ones thats marked on the picture... Checked all the other diodes gate resistors capacitors everything seems fine the only thing I can't test with my multimeter is the diac. Powered up the amplifier the same components shorted again.. I don't know what else to do.
