    Appreciate this, Buddy! I think all my checking account will allow right now is a step up into the A-S801, which is apparently a universally adored integrated for the price.

    Really appreciate this feedback! So basically, "Yea, Ken- they'll sound good with your Yamaha because the Heresy IV is a great speaker. But that amp will not reveal their full potential. You'll need tubes for that, and once you hear them that way, you'll never go back!"

    Hi Friends 👋 newbie here. Am inching closer to (FINALLY!) purchasing the Heresy IVs. Current receiver is a Yamaha R-S500, I run my Technics SL-1200 through the Vincent PHO-701 tube phono preamp, and also have a Yamaha Blu Ray/SACD player. Anyone have experience with that Yamaha line paired w/the Heresy IVs?
