  1. Hello, I am a complete noob to Hifi audio world. I need a simple, good audio solution for my approx.15m² (5m x 3m) [16ft x 10ft.] living room. So, the opposite walls will be approx. 2.5m (8.5ft) from the speaker's face. Floor to Ceiling is also 2.5m (8.5ft). I mostly listen to Rock n Roll, Blues Rock music and Arabian Oud Instrumentals. Living in Germany I found these offers, and now confused which one should I buy, 1. r51m for €250 a pair 2. rb61 ii for €378 a pair 3. rp160m for €368 a pair I have already bought a Wiim Amp as a simple Amp and Streamer Solution for €349. Mostly I listen over Spotify, so a network streamer with Spotify connect is a must for me. I am very tight on budget. So, I will not be buying a Subwoofer any time soon. Looking forward to the kind suggestions from this community. Thanks in Advance
  2. Original Video Tour of Youthman's LaScala Trio Home Theater on Youtube UPDATED Video Tour of Youthman's LaScala Trio Home Theater Renovation on Youtube High Resolution Pics of Completed System It's finally time to begin my HT 2.0 Build so I figured I would start a dedicated Build Thread here. Wakejunkie is getting ready to begin construction of the new front cabinet wall and this evening, he sent me the final sketchup file that he designed and needless to say, I'm PUMPED!!! The screen will have two hidden latches (similar to door handles on a car) that will release the screen. Gas shocks will hold the screen open. The bottom three middle compartments will be able to slide forward via a 500lb max capacity commercial rail system. This will allow for MUCH easier access to the rear components. The RSW-15 will be moved underneath one of the main LaScalas. Here are the latest renderings from Wake but they do not show the Lighting under the curve and the rear view does not show that the top cabinets will be actual cabinets.
  3. I just purchased a new Apple TV 4K and have it plugged in to HDMI 1 on the HD Wireless hub. While 4K connectivity works, I'm not able to pass an HDR signal through the hub to the TV. If I plug my Apple TV directly in to my LG TV it works fine. I did a little digging, and from what I'm seeing HDR requires HDMI 2.0a, but the specs on the RP-HUB1 only show it supporting HDMI 2.0. Am I missing anything, or is it true the hub will not pass through HDR content? Has anybody else run into this? If so, it seems like quite a limitation. Perhaps something that will be addressed in a firmware update?
