  1. RF-7's and RSW-15....SOLD! The time has come for me to part ways with my RF-7 setup. Since I spend most of my time listening to music, and not watching movies, I'm going back to a more simple 2-channel setup. That said, I have for sale (all in cherry finish) a pair of RF-7's, an RC-7 and an RSW-15. They are in very good condition. All speaker grills have their pegs, except for the RSW-15, in which a couple have broken off (very common from my understanding). $1,900 takes it all! I prefer to sell this as a package. It does make for one hell of an HT setup. If I watched more movies, I would not even be thinking about selling these. I'm in Little Rock, AR. Pickup only....no shipping. The attached pics are without the grills, but I have all the grills and they are in great shape....no tears or snags. I did not pull these out and take pics from all angles, because they are still in use....for now. However, they are all in very good condition! Hogfan
  2. I've been sharing a pair of first gen RF-7's between a HT setup and a 2 channel stereo to play my vinyl. I'm tired of changing the speaker wires on the back of the speakers to flip between movies and music. I have an all RF series 7.1 system and I'm not interested in breaking up the set. Would really like to try a set of Cornwalls for my 2 channel music and am wondering how you folks think they would compare with the RF-7's. The 2ch system I'm using is a McIntosh 2505 amp with a McIntosh C26 preamp. It's all solid state....50wpc. I've had Klipshorns in the past and nothing beats their detail in strings, vocals and horns but I prefer the direct firing woofers over the folded horn design for bass. To me, the RF-7's don't have the detail that the khorns have but they certainly have that forward firing thump on the chest. Wondering if the Cornwalls could be the best of both worlds??
  3. I am moving soon and cannot accomdate my current setup where I will be living. I have detailed what if anything is wrong cosmetically with each peice, they all work and sound fantastic. I am asking $2500.00 for the entire set and would prefer local pickup here in San Antonio, Texas due to the weight and difficulty of shipping these beasts. I have some of the origial packaging, all documentation for each peice and can provide images of each if you have a serious inquiry. Would love to see these go to a great home, happy hunting. 4. I've decided to return to a 2 channel only setup in my game room. Therefore, I have for sale my RF-7 setup in cherry finish. This includes a pair of RF-7's, an RC-7 and an RSW-15 sub. All speakers are in great condition! They all come with their matching grills. I have a lead on a pair of heritage speakers and need to sell these rather quickly. Therefore, I'll sell the setup for $1,900, if bought before the heritage pair I'm eying sells. Right now, I will only sell the complete set. This is pick up only in Little Rock, NO SHIPPING. Here's your chance for an awesome HT setup....don't miss it. Thanks, Hogfan
