  1. Hey guys I seem to have an issue with my audio. I recently purchased Klipsch Promedia 2.1 speakers. After installing them and testing the sound, I noticed anything over half volume (On the volume knob of the speaker, I had it set to 100 in windows) would cause the satellites to become extremely loud (much louder than they should be) and overpower the mid and lows. This happened on my old pair of speakers, Logitech X-230. I tried plugging the 3.5MM jack into my MacBook and test the audio, and it sounded perfect. I could put the volume knob at max and mac volume at max and no distortion but pure clean audio. Why is this happening? I tried plugging into a different headphone port on my motherboard but it isnt doing anything. I reset any equalizer I have and it still is having issues. Can anyone please help me? Would be so greatly appreciated. Thank you.
  2. Hello all, brand new to the forum and a newbie to speakers. After several weeks of research, I’ve decided to buy a pair of Heresy iii & Denon x4300. When listening to the the heresy (at around 65% volume on the receiver) it seem lacking power, not as booming and powerful as my klipsch promedia 2.1 where I have them as my computer speakers. Is this normal? Please advise on what could be the issue, thanks.
