  2. Hi! I'm completely new to all of this, and would appreciate any information you all can provide I got a pair of Klipsch R-15M Bookshelf Speakers and it requires an amp/receiver, so I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions that might work best with the R-15M? (I plan to purchase the amp through Amazon if possible) Links would be helpful too! Thank you so much!
  3. I have for sale a beautiful pair of RF52ii and also an RC52ii. Pictures of both are available below. The RF52ii were purchased locally from a musician about 6 months ago. They are in near-perfect condition and I cannot find a scratch on them, cones are perfect. One one speaker binding post, one of the caps (red) to a binding post are missing. I purchased them this way and honestly it doesn't need it so I never got a replacment (which is about $0.50). Operationally perfect, cones and the rest are perfect. The RC52ii was purchased from another Klipsch forum member. In near perfect condition with a few minor scratches hard to even see. The foot was missing so I added a screw with a soft pad added to it. Which I find has worked even better than Klipsch's foot. I will include this with the speaker. Cones and the rest are perfect and it performs perfectly. Cherry RF52ii Pair: $350 Black RC52ii: $150

  5. Cleaning out a storage unit and found these! I know nothing about them, I'm not really an audio guy but I figured I should ask you guys about them before I move forward with them. I am looking to sell and located near Seattle. If you guys can give me any advice on what to check for/what I should price them at I'd be very curious to know. Bit dusty and missing outer cabinets? But the components look to be in good shape. Any help you guys can give would be awesome! Thanks in advance! RJ

  10. Does anybody know if there is any plan to integrate Soundcloud with Klipsch Stream app? I recently upgraded my home audio and I am now using Klipsch PowerGate amps to stream audio to several places, I couldn't be happier with the results, but I am surprised the only way I can stream Soundcloud is via Bluetooth which doesn't leverage all the capabilities of a multi-amp environment I rarely use the other streaming services, there are some unique records only available in Soundcloud, lots of fresh talented musicians. Any suggestions?
  11. Hi Guys, I am not sure if this is in the right discussion section or whatever but I want to ask about Klipsch so let's hope I get an answer. I was looking for some rock speakers that will provide me with some good sound outside and I saw these Klipsch AWR-650-SM rock speakers. I was wondering how much sound coverage they will provide? I feel like this question is a bit tough but if I wanted to cover at least 1200 sq ft with audible background music, how many of these speakers would I need to place around the area? If anybody has some of these or maybe just any rock speakers, if you could just give me an idea of how loud they are, that'd be really helpful. Let me know if I am omitting any important details. Thanks in advance.
  12. If you have been waiting for the best looking pair of Chorus 1's possibly ever, you found them. When I bought them I barely beat out two other people that wanted them. Chorus's sound beautiful. I know I will regret selling them but I am going up to the next level which takes money. These work well against a back wall and are built such that no risers are required. $950.00. Cash or Cash. Unable to upload a high res. photo but have 20+ to send if desired. Thanks, Jeff

AP12-600 This one is intended for the Belle Klipsch or the La Scala using squawker drivers or horns that will not safely go down to 500 Hz. The crossover is at 600 Hz. 14. This is your rare opportunity to own a true classic loudspeaker and a piece of US audio history, the Klipsch La Scala II. The sound is simply stunning. These single owner loudspeakers are approximately 10 years old and are in outstanding condition. They were driven mostly by low watt tube amplification. They have a beautiful cherry finish. All serial number information is accurate and matching. They include all documentation, certificates of authenticity, as well as original shipping paperwork and shipping containers. These audiophile classics can be yours for the asking price of $5500. More info here: https://atlanta.craigslist.org/nat/ele/d/klipsch-la-scala-ii/6382973336.html Thanks....Scott
  15. Hi, I want to update the crossovers on my 1979 Klipschorns but am not ready to alter "my original ones".... Does anyone have AA crossovers they would be willing to sell? I would consider original ones to re-cap, recapped ones, or upgraded crossovers that work with this model Klipschorns. Let me know what you have. Thanks, Jo
  16. Hey everyone, In the market for a pair of La Scala IIs, finish isn't too important. Ideally they will be less that ten years old, in good condition, not too many physical imperfections. Looking forward to hearing from any sellers. My email is cbaugh1@gmail.com. Thanks a lot people! Chris
  17. I am interested in a clean McIntosh MC225 all original and in Excellent condition only +/- $$ trade in equipment would be great. Tubes not necessary but would be welcome. No Russian or Chinese tubes please. For possible trade I have a set of MC30's, brought up to specs by the Audio Doctor in Phoenix and the same for all but the Fisher unit. Invoices would be available. Also have MC300 w/ MX132 A/V both units in Mint condition with boxes, MC240 and (2) Fisher 500C and (1) Fisher 500b. Also would consider my MX110Z recently serviced and up to spec except (Audio Doctor) the FM, also in excellent condition. I don't use the radio so didn't bother with that although it works well. This is a long shot I know but.. I'm in Tucson AZ. and would prefer a hand off so nothing gets damaged in shipping. Please PM if interested.

  19. I moved into a condo 2 years ago and had no idea they were a gold mine for Trick or Treaters. Once I caught on, I decorated, and set up with my Heresy's in the plan. I just finished setting up for Tuesday's fun. The Heresy's are perfect for the job as they have the muscle. In the five disc changer are discs of spooky Halloween sound effects, set to random play. As long as I remember to open the window, my Heresy's will broadcast over an expanse of parking lots, grass, and an access road which make for great acoustics. The speakers are in a second floor bedroom (don't mind the appearance; I'm painting!) so the sound isn't too "in your face", but the sidewalk is only 10 feet from the front steps so you'll know where it's coming from as you walk by. Oh, and my decorations (the lamp is an orange LED): This year I hope to lower the noose so the kiddies will have to reach through the loop to ring the doorbell-adds to the gruesomeness! And for all the fright, they'll be rewarded properly.
  20. Very lightly used pair of RB-75 speakers in Black Satin finish. Comes with all original packaging and boxes, including Owner's Manual. Pictures shows condition, but they are in near flawless condition. Each box weighs 34 pounds for shipment. Local buyers can pickup for free (Philadelphia area) I also have speaker stands that match each if anybody is interested. I can't find too many of these for sale around, so pricing is a guess. Let me know if I am way off. Price does not include shipping. Thanks! Working on getting pictures attached.
  21. Hello, I have six R-5800-W in-wall speakers, perfect condition, hardly used, white face. $250 each or $1300 for all six. Las Vegas somegirrl@cox.net
  22. Hello again nice Klipsch folks. We're here today to talk about try #3 at a set of Klipsch speakers that suit me - these being a friend's pair of Synergy F-3. After moving, his wife banished these monsters to the cupboard, and he was looking to free up some cupboard space. And as someone who has heard a number of modern Klipsch offerings (which were not bad BTW), I figure I can have a lot of fun for a reasonable price. Now for these speakers, they will be attached to my Jolida Tube Amp, and will (may for CD) use a Proton preamp. In short, I want the same bass impact one gets from going to a concert, with clear and effective highs. I also hope that the two-way, single horn design of these will avoid much of the midrange distortion that bothered me so much when I demoed the Fortes. In my brief time with a set of RB-61, I was not disturbed by the horn-loaded tweeter, and did not find it tinnitus-inducing. Unfortunately, I did find them to not perform as well as some other bookshelves I had on hand; almost as if some mid texture was missing. However, I am hopeful that the F-3 teamed with the tubes will be a great match. So what should I expect? I know online opinion is somewhat mixed, and there are some negative connotations from using speakers purchased at Best Buy. That being said, my main room currently has a set of $1,200 Wharfedales, so I expect the Synergy to be in the same ballpark as they are. Thank you again all for your gentle education.
  23. Hey all, been a while hope everyone is doing good. I've been cleaning out the music stash and found these surround speakers. Will test the waters here and see if anyone wants them. Check my history I've bought and sold a lot of gear via the Klipsch Forums. I've even sent speakers (Academy, Heresy) over seas. Please pardon the yellowish tint on the shot from the top....bad lighting. I can assure you they are bright white. Very good shape the day they arrived they went up on a wall. When they came down they went in a box. A little dust here and there, once over with a damp cloth and they should be great. One blemish on top front corner of one speaker. $65 $55 and I'll pick up the paypal fees you pay for shipping from zip 21154. Looks like with adequate packing it will be about 20 pounds. I'll ship however you like. I wonder what Barbara Miller is up to these days? Thanks Barb!!!
  24. So I got this RC-3 center off eBay, when it arrived the tweeter was out of place, no big deal just got it back in the horn, next thing I replace my old center with it and there's only sound coming from the tweeter, thought it might require bi-amping so I plugged each input on it but only the ones in the top seem to power the tweeter and the woofers just wont work either bi-amping or using the included jumpers, so I took it all apart and tested each woofer using a AA battery and they both seem to work, so I believe the problem is either the input or the crossover, thing is I've never done any crossover testing, I don't even know what to look for but I've been told they're easy to fix so any info or help is appreciated. Let me know if you need to see any pictures.
