Edit: Forte's have been sold so only the 2 Heresy's are left. Hey guys! So I have these 2 pairs (all 4) up for sale and im trying to sell them all off together for $500. From what ive looked up and also been informed by forum members it looks like they could go for more but to be 100% transparent I know nothing about them or sound systems in general. I got them for free but I dont have the time to sit on them and try and milk them for every penny so hopefully this is a good deal for someone on here that would appreciate them. Hey guys! So to make it short I work in residential painting/remodeling and these were left behind in a home we were working in and I was told to throw them away so I loaded them in my truck and brought them home. I know nothing about sound systems and after quick Google searches I saw theyre worth decent money. What would be the best way to test them and what would be a fair price for them? I have no use for them so I want to sell them, if I could find an enthusiast id love to sell them for fairly cheap since I saw they go for crazy prices and I got them for free so anything I make off them is good for me. I can always add/send more photos I just took some quick ones so you guys could get an idea of what they are.

NEED HELP, have this klipsch sub 10 subwoofer, Trynna get it to connect to my edifier R1280db. Dont have a receiver just a whole lotta RCA cables, Let me know! Also I'm on a PC I tried connecting it but it just comes out with no sub just the speakers make noise

Been doing some research for quite awhile. I wanna upgrade front stage to be all heritage. But been thinking and want to get some ideas from real user. Now im using rp504c as center speaker pairing with Forte IVs not sure if Cornwall III will be too much or better than Forte IV. Or 3rd Forte IV will be just perfect. Or RC64III is better. from what I was told, Forte IV is way better than RC64III. But not sure about cornwall iii -

Some cosmetic flaws but for speakers of this age they are in excellent condition with little signs of use. Offers considered, especially if you have a set of Klipsch Quartets - or maybe Forte - in partial trade. Please, I will not consider any other speakers or brand - just the two Klipsch speakers mentioned. Quartets should fit in my current listening space better. Fortes might work too. These speakers are absolutely amazing and sound fantastic! For that reason I hate to part with them but quickly after purchasing them I realized that they do not comfortably fit the space in our house - so, my hasty decision and loss is your gain! Never fear - I have other Klipsch speakers and I definitely plan to buy more - so here is your chance to own one of the best Klipsch speakers ever made! Previous owner said the crossovers were updated with Crites components and that was verified after I removed the backs to take pictures of the internal components and new B&K Sound Type B crossovers. Other than the crossovers all else appears to be Klipsch factory original. The previous owner claimed to be the original owner although I think it was actually his brother who purchased them new. If you’re already familiar with Klipsch Cornwall then you probably don’t need to read further - but most people will not feel the need for a subwoofer with these speakers that are capable of reaching 38Hz. The bass sound from the 15” ported woofer is phenomenal! Klipsch engineering specifications: Frequency Response +/- 5dB 38 to 17,000 Hz Sound Pressure level 98.5 dB for 1 watt input at 4 feet Impedance: 8 Ohms 35 3/4” H x 25 1/2” W x 15 1/2” D I have more pictures than what I can post in this listing so send a message if you would like to see those too. I’m in the Knoxville, Tennessee area and for obvious reasons I’m restricting this to local pickup with cash only. Greetings! I recently got rid of my Vintage Klipsch La Scala due to lack of room ( I'm still heart broken), I need something "smaller" like Fortes or Chorus. After doing several hours of looking for an alternative and research I decided to stick with Klipsch... I have had Klipsch since day 0, Rp-160m, Forte ii and La Scalas. Since I had forte ii ( Crites ti tweeters and recapped crossover) I know how well it sound. I recently discovered Chorus which they're bigger. Looking through FB marketplace there's a seller with a pair of Fortes ii ( recapped and ti tweeters) for $850 (one hour away from me). Also there's another seller with a pair of Chorus i (all stock) for $1,600 ( three hours away from me). My question is am I going to notice a huge difference between speakers? Is worth it pay more for the Chorus i plus upgrades? Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated! Thank you in advance Happy holidays! Edwin

I have 5.2.4 system running with Denon X3700H. System consists of RP504C. Front RF7. Surround RP6000F. Front and Middle height RP600M. Thinking replacing surround (RP6000F) to smaller and save some space. Also to avoid toddler mess with the wires. I know the sound will be significantly worse. New speakers will be mounted in circle picture attached. Thinking between RP600M or RP502S It is a small apartment. 12'x12'x8' Thinking may be switch middle height to surround and use 502s. And rp600m as rear surround.

Good morning everyone just thought I'd share my excitement in purchasing a set of Klipsch RP600M which I plan to use them as my rear speakers, I'm currently a 7.2 surround sound through the pioneer vsx-933 at 80 watts to each channel I already have a set of of RP502S which produce amazing sound, my center channel is the klipsch R34C I'm hoping to upgrade to the RP504C in near future I also would like to purchase a set of RP8000F once I get the coin together, could anyone here recommend anything I might of missed I'm really new to this so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I believe my reciver should handle it as I was told by the store clerk that klipsch are a sensitive speaker P.S I've been looking at the SPL-102 for a latter as an upgrade to my Synergy Sub10 but that's further down the track

Hi All, New to the forums here and wondering if I could get some advice. Just started putting together my home theater and purchasing speakers as I go. What does this group think I should upgrade or add first, not looking for top of the line, but decent mid-range set up for the basement. Floor plan is pretty open (about 20' x 28') with the theater contained one side. Ultimate goal is a 7.2.4 set up, however the receiver market is pretty rough, so I know ill be looking to replace that eventually. Below are the details of my current set up. Just a note that the Women's Board for the Oakland Museum of Calif has a pair of Klipsch La Scala AL3 Floor Standing Speakers (s/n 186141) with Birch Plywood Cabinets very good condition with minor scuffing on the side of one speaker and top rear corner of one cabinet has a minor chip in the top layer. Posted these 2 speakers a couple of years ago and had a few hits but was too busy with work to keep up... now I'd really like to get them out of my garage. Also including the Yamaha reciever pictured. I don't want to ship these monsters so I'd prefer someone that can come pick them up ASAP but if the price is right and you want to pay for shipping by all means just make an offer. Selling a pair of used Klipsch Forte III (B-stock) with black tinted glass tops (3/8" tempered glass - never used). I have since upgraded to La Scala's and no longer listen to these speakers. I have paired a NAD C298 stereo amp with my Forte IV speakers. The amp has an option for the gain -- either fixed or variable. The Forte IV's recommends a 100 watt amp . The NAD C298 runs 185 watts per channel into 8 ohms. Questions: Should I run fixed gain? (The gain is 28.6 db.) Or should I run a variable with a lower gain? If the latter, what should the gain be set at/how should I select the gain? I ask these questions because my prior speakers were powered Elac NAVIS, which had a gain option (low or high), and I always preferred the low setting. My fear is that if I set the gain TOO low I might risk clipping. But I also worry that 185 watts with a 28.5 db gain might be OVERPOWERING the speakers (and, at a minimum, introducing distortion). Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I am powering my Klipsch Forte IV speakers with a NAD C298 stereo amplifier. Source unit is a Mytek Brooklyn Bridge, connected to the amplifier with XLR balanced cables. My questions: Should I stick with the fixed gain setting on the amp (28.6 db gain)? Or should I use the variable gain (which allows me to reduce the gain) setting on the amp? If the latter, how do I select the "proper" gain? My prior speakers were Elac Navis bookshelves. They had a gain switch: high or low. I preferred the low setting. I was wondering if the Forte IV would likewise sound better with a lower gain setting.

Hey everyone, So sometime back in 1997, I finally indulged and bought new Klipsch speakers for the home theater 5.1 setup I'd always wanted. They've performed admirably over these past 24 years, but times and interests have changed, and I'm looking to sell. Other than a few cosmetic issues on a couple of feet on the sub that you could fix easily enough, absolutely nothing is wrong with these speakers other than use. They were used in a smoke-free home and taken well care of. I believe I paid around $1,500 - $2,000 total when I first bought them, but it's been too long to remember, and obviously I don't plan to ask that much. But what would be a fair price to list these speakers for? Unfortunately, I just don't keep up with home theater much anymore and have no idea what I should ask for them. From the labels on the back of the speakers, I'm selling two (2) front tower speakers (KSF 10.5), one (1) center channel speaker (SC 1), two (2) rear channel speakers (SS 1), and one (1) subwoofer (KSW 200). Beautiful set of walnut Belles, only minor flaws on the cabinets with a little more obvious damage on 1 lower corner, not noticeable unless you’re looking for it. I’m in Chattanooga and am happy to demo them for you here. Delivery is also available within a reasonable distance from 37343. they are available with the original ab crossovers for with the super aa for I would like to keep the set of crossovers you don’t take. more pics upon request.

Hi there, I need help valuing and selling these two Klipschorn speakers. Serial numbers 6M508 & 507 is what I located on the back (pictures below). I am not sure where to sell and I need an estimated value to sell these. Would appreciate any input from the experts out there! I know these are some good ones. Hello fellow Klipsch fans. Recently there was a nasty power surge in my area and, unluckily, my receiver happened to be plugged straight into the outlet the day it happened. Since then, whenever a sound hits a certain pitch, there's this harsh crackly noise. I thought it may have been the content I was playing, but I've tested other disks/media and it persisted (so long as it was the right pitch or tone). Then I considered it was my receiver, so I tried an older one, but it wasn't that either. It looks like it's my speakers. I haven't tested (or noticed anything wrong with) the sides or rears yet. But my two fronts (RF 7II) and center (RC-64II) have the issue. It seems to be coming from the tweeter and I haven't noticed anything else wrong with the speakers but this. I recorded the problem and the wav should be listenable here. In the clip (there's a piece of paper being torn in the scene, ignore that) the harsh clipping/crackling noise is evident multiple times throughout. It's even more pronounced on my normal receiver (x6400h), maybe because it drives more power to the speakers. I love these speakers. They're the life of my entertainment. Is there anything I can do to fix them? Or any sort of troubleshooting I can do to determine if they are fixable? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Everyone, I have just started to learn about home theatre I am planning to start building it with the 3 front channel speakers. Eventually I wanted to make it 7.1.4 Dolby atmos in future But I am not sure which speaker should I be going for considering the room size ( 10 ft. wide * 15.6 ft. long * 9 ft. height) Based on various reviews I wanted to go with Klipsch speakers but not sure which model to go for since there are various models available Please spare your thought on the speaker selection and AV receiver
