  1. I am looking for a replacement remote for the Klipsch Groove XXL. I looked everywhere nothing pops up. It does work semi with a Universal remote. But, I like to use a flash drive to play music sometimes. And to control that you need the playback controls plus not the biggest fan of the touch buttons.
  2. Hi, I've had my promedia 2.1 for two and a half years now and today when I was plugging stuff in around my subwoofer I heard a loud pop come from inside it. Now the light on the speaker is completely dead, I've tried multiple outlets to no avail, and it makes me confident in thinking that a fuse has blown within the subwoofer. I would repair it if there weren't so many conflicting guides online on how to do so (plus I have the newer system and I don't have a soldering gun). So rather than buying an entirely new promedia 2.1 subwoofer (which can be $60-$80) I'm wondering if there's any other subwoofers that are compatible with the connections my speakers have that I could buy as a replacement. I'm not a audiophile so I would have no idea where to even look for something like that, and it's hard to find a direct answer when you're looking at forums from 2010 that are definitely outdated. I really don't wanna switch from these speakers, I've absolutely loved them since I first got them and I'd like to continue using them for more years to come Thank you!
  3. Hello fellow Klipsch fans. Recently there was a nasty power surge in my area and, unluckily, my receiver happened to be plugged straight into the outlet the day it happened. Since then, whenever a sound hits a certain pitch, there's this harsh crackly noise. I thought it may have been the content I was playing, but I've tested other disks/media and it persisted (so long as it was the right pitch or tone). Then I considered it was my receiver, so I tried an older one, but it wasn't that either. It looks like it's my speakers. I haven't tested (or noticed anything wrong with) the sides or rears yet. But my two fronts (RF 7II) and center (RC-64II) have the issue. It seems to be coming from the tweeter and I haven't noticed anything else wrong with the speakers but this. I recorded the problem and the wav should be listenable here. In the clip (there's a piece of paper being torn in the scene, ignore that) the harsh clipping/crackling noise is evident multiple times throughout. It's even more pronounced on my normal receiver (x6400h), maybe because it drives more power to the speakers. I love these speakers. They're the life of my entertainment. Is there anything I can do to fix them? Or any sort of troubleshooting I can do to determine if they are fixable? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
  4. First time poster needs help with a pair of Heresy's from the early 80's. Cat decided to claw one of my woofers. Where can I get a matching pair? Thank you.
