  1. Hello everyone! I just purchased and installed a RSB-11 soundbar. I have been happy with it and the sound since I installed it, but I do have one question regarding the dolby decoder. For reference, I have the RSB-11 connected to my Panasonic Viera 50" plasma with a digital optical cable (no HD ARC port available). My blu-ray and roku are connected to the TV's HDMI ports. I have never noticed the dolby light illuminate, indicating that the soundbar was processing the dolby sound. I have tried turning the Klipsch virtual surround option off (even though the manual says it doesn't affect the dolby processing), and the light still doesn't illuminate. I have also disabled the speakers on the TV (not that I think that makes any difference with the issue). Any ideas? Thank you in advance.
  2. Hello, I just got a RSB-11 soundbar and I have a Samsung tv remote (small one) but I can't seem to get it to noice it to program the volume up and down and mute.
  3. Just purchased an RSB-11 and I gotta say I'm pretty underwhelmed. A few minor complaints like no display for volume level etc. but one MAJOR issue has caused me to hate this soundbar... IT DOESN'T REMEMBER THE SETTINGS when I power cycle the soundbar. Every single time I turn on my TV I have to adjust the sub level, sound level, and listening mode (Surround, Dialog, Night). Why on god's earth does it not remember the last setting you were at?? This is supposed to be a higher end unit than my 8 yr old, $200 LG soundbar. I can't even say the sound is much better.
