  1. I bought the Cinema 600 soundbar and sub combo 6 months ago for my bedroom. Everything seemed fine until recently when the subwoofer sound randomly cuts out when theres mostly dialogue, and then comes back muffled for a second. I also noticed a constant low toned static or crackling sound if I put my head down close to the sub, and muffled moments happen when scenes with bass are present. My sub is about 10 ft away with no obstructions. Power cable is plugged into grounded surge protector, but this issue still happens trying with and without the surge. Has anyone else had this type of issue? I wasted an hour on hold today trying to reach customer service, and just gave up waiting. 😔
  2. Open letter to Klipsch electronics: I purchased this wireless subwoofer at Wal-Mart in August. Local tech set it up without the wireless feature. Now I'm setting it up in a new home, but it's missing the wireless transmitter Power Supply. How do I get one? =============================== 11/08/2017 11:00 am Hi Mike, Thank you for contacting Klipsch. I'm sorry to hear that your subwoofer did not come with the wireless transmitter. Unfortunately, we do not have that transmitter available as a part to sell. I would recommend connecting to your receiver with a subwoofer cable, or returning it and purchasing one with the transmitter along with it. We apologize that we could not have been of more assistance with this matter. ==================================== 11/08/2017 11:08 am That is an unacceptable reply. I purchased the speaker new, at a store 1000 miles away from where I now live. I must insist that Klipsch help resolve this issue. I purchased a "WIRELESS" subwoofer from you. That is exactly what I want. Please forward this message to your manager. You will find that I am a tenacious advocate for my consumer rights. I am willing to pay for the replacement part. Thank you.
  3. Hello, I recently bought a Klipsch R20B soundbar and am overall happy with the purchase. I have the wireless sub woofer cranked up about 2/3 of the way and notice a constant faint rumble/crackling noise and occasional pop even when no sound is being emitted. This is noticeable at low volumes as well. I figured this could be due to interference from my wireless internet so I changed router channels and have it set to broadcast at 5 GHz since I believe the wireless sub operates at 2.4 GHz. This didn't solve the issue so I went through the factory pairing process which didn't help either. This is my first soundbar system so wasn't sure if wireless sub wooofers tend to make these types of noises? I'd appreciate anyone else's thoughts on this. Thanks!
