  1. Hi All: I bought the mysterious RB-76 speakers from ebay last week. No mystery after all, as it was just a typo. Both arrived in Illinois from Florida in perfect shape (as in no shipping damage). As the ebay pictures showed, one of the speakers had some potentially severe scratches on the top. Since I didn't want black cabinets anyway and planned to refinish, the first action was to take everything apart. Grills are in 95% perfect shape, so don't have to worry about them. Horns and front piece also blemish free. That's a serious tweeter. All the tags on the inside parts match the OEM parts for RB-75's. Inside the cabinet, there's a second tag. Here's the inside in case you wondered what it looked like. Seriously heavy construction. Oops, said I have maxed my upload. More on this later.
  2. Very lightly used pair of RB-75 speakers in Black Satin finish. Comes with all original packaging and boxes, including Owner's Manual. Pictures shows condition, but they are in near flawless condition. Each box weighs 34 pounds for shipment. Local buyers can pickup for free (Philadelphia area) I also have speaker stands that match each if anybody is interested. I can't find too many of these for sale around, so pricing is a guess. Let me know if I am way off. Price does not include shipping. Thanks! Working on getting pictures attached.
  3. Hi I'm currently selling my RB-75 for $650 otherwise I'll have to put this up on craigslist or ebay. They're is great shape and have a few small scratches on one face each for which I've included in the pictures. The grills are in perfect shape as well as the other sides of the speakers. They sound amazing and have always been played at low volumes. Primarily I'm selling them since I'll be moving to an extremely small apartment. The woofers are in perfect condition as well as the tweeters. This is in the cherry veneer. I am currently in Torrance, California 90502 and I cannot ship these as the boxes that I've kept for the past 10 years recently were water logged from a recent rain. If you have any questions please PM me. This is for local delivery only. Also if you want a SUB-12 that some scratches a long with an HK-3480 I'll throw that in for an additional $100.
  4. hey there, anyone have a pair just sitting around collecting dust? would like to have a pair of RB-75's or RB-81's series 2. the reason for those 2 choices is because there is a massive ET center and only a book shelf speaker will do. it was also built not deep enough, so they will have to be front ported. the center channel is a RC64ii, that's why i need the book shelf's to be a series 2. the ET center takes up the entire wall, so a Floor standing speaker won't work. oh, Wife doesn't want a lot of speakers "showing". WAF, can't over come that....
  5. ***SOLD*** I am selling my beloved pair of cherry Klipsch RB-75s. They are in very good condition and sound amazing (of course). The woofers have no dents or scratches and the magnetic screens are in great shape. The only real flaw is that one of them has a small dent on the back, top right hand corner due to moving (...I was pissed). But I have tried to take a very close picture of that to show it. Here is an imgur link with some quick picks before I boxed them up about 2 weeks ago. Oh yea I have the original Klipsch boxes too. http://imgur.com/a/n2CEZ CL post for RB-75s http://phoenix.craigslist.org/nph/ele/5379499052.html !!UPDATED!!: Special Klipsch forum price: $600 -- SOLD I am also selling a pair of black RF-82s. These are in great shape too. Screens are all intact and no real damage to speak of. I'm guessing these were B stock originally though because near the back bottom on one you can see some non-uniform coloring in the paint. Not like it matters but just mentioning it to be as honest as I can be. -- SOLD SOLD -- CL post for RF-82s -- SOLD http://phoenix.craigslist.org/nph/ele/5281143005.html I'm not super interested in shipping these but I suppose if the buyer wants to pay for it and is interested enough I could do it.
